I ordered online queen bed frame and paid to have it installed to my bed. When the installer put it together, the frame is 3" or more wider than my bed.  There is nothing wrong with the frame or the installer, come to find out there are queen bed frames 2" shorter both ways.
Very dissatisfied bought a frame can't use and paid to have it installed.  Now, I have to pay again to uninstall  and reinstall another.

Original appointment was cancelled by pro was going to be late, then  cancelled again as their spouse died.   The new pro Ronald M was scheduled.  He came on time, was polite, professional and did the assembly within the time allotted.  I highly recommend Mr. Ronald M. He is the only reason I did 5 stars.
