[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unhappy the Angie pro call 15mins other he was supposed to show up at 1pm . He stated he was running behind and would reach out when he was near . 4clock pass and at 5pm I reach out he said it would be at 6pm .. I then stated do I need to reschedule.. he it that to late .. I had to be at work by 6pm .. took the late shift to have this done .. So no I'm very disappointed...

Was scheduled for an appointment and Angi representative/Handy man did not show up. I emailed, sent multiple text messages/phone calls to 786-257-0574 a google number that is supposedely supposed to reach the Handy man. No phone call to confirm service, no phone call day of to let me know he was showing up. Horrible experience

The installer didn't arrive until after we had assemble the bed, but we still have to pay him for this installation. We did not get a phone call from him or any other information from him or or text. It was a waste of my money and my time lack of communication.

The person from Angie’s List never showed up to do the installation. The installation was then canceled and rescheduled two times. Each new time no one showed up to do the installation. I finally had to contact Angie’s List to get a refund, Now I still need to find someone to do bed frame assembly. This was a negative experience.

My appointment keeps getting rescheduled, they want me to sleep another 2 weeks on the ground after failing to schedule delivery and assembly remotely close to eachother but at the same time bug me to write a review daily for an assembly that never happened. Its been 3 weeks inbetween delivery and assembly if they actually decide to show up instead of rescheduling the day of after i took a day of twice to be present when they were supposed to be here. Unacceptably bad customer service and downright disrespectful.
