I made a beef stew with this meat! My picky sons finished whole meat and looked for more!! It never happened before so I am always looking for this meat for my stew!

This is by far the best cut of meat for the price point. It is super juicy and tender when cooked, even well done. Even better on the grill. I would highly recommend this cut to anyone who is a steak lover. It is delicious

This meat is the most tender beef next to a filet mignon. I make the best beef tacos with a tri-tip. Try frying it in a cast iron skillet and let ke know what you think..

Sometimes when I buy meat here, it tastes funny, and in the US we don’t know where our meat comes from but the steaks were decent. I will be buying this particular cut again.

Tough as nails

This cut was a little on the tough side.

It was marbled very nicely. It Grilled really nice on our Traeger. You don’t want to overcook it!

It was very tough and grisly this round. Not normally this way but just hard to eat.

Tri-tip is my favorite cut and i love that sams offers them in steak strips. No other meat counter seems to offer this. Please don't stop.
