I once cared for the head of the local Health Inspection Departments wife. He told me "by far Sam's Club had the freshest meat." I have found that the same cuts of meat from various stores are not as good as my Sam's Club.

This meat is the most tender beef next to a filet mignon. I make the best beef tacos with a tri-tip. Try frying it in a cast iron skillet and let ke know what you think..

Tough as nails

It was tough & chewy

It was very tough and grisly this round. Not normally this way but just hard to eat.

This cut was a little on the tough side.

It was marbled very nicely. It Grilled really nice on our Traeger. You don’t want to overcook it!

This is one of my favorite products to buy at Sam's. Unfortunately, my home store no longer carries it!

There was a hair in the package snuggling with the steak. Unfortunately after seeing that it all went in the trash.

Nice to see this cut offered. Normally a western coast item, try-tip finally makes it to central Florida. Happy to have it.
