Ok. So i think i know how to cook cheap cuts of meat.Marinate for a while, cook in the convection oven shortly then pan fry in butter in garlic. This meat still turned out like rubber. Sorry Sams club but not buying the meat again. I'm very particular where i buy meat and will continue that . ... ...
