For the price not bad. I'm single so I do take them out of the package and vacuum seal half of it and it was well marbled and no big fat caps on the bottom that you can't see through the regular packaging.

A family standard kept on hand for regular usage. Excellent meat quality, but needs "dry rub" for easier chewing. We grill and use our "smokers" regularly with this product.

These steaks were pretty good and cooked up well. There were only a little cheaper than top sirloins, but my husband enjoyed them too. Not as thick as top sirloins though.
