For the price not bad. I’m single so I do take them out of the package and vacuum seal half of it and it was well marbled and no big fat caps on the bottom that you can’t see through the regular packaging.

These steaks were pretty good and cooked up well. There were only a little cheaper than top sirloins, but my husband enjoyed them too. Not as thick as top sirloins though.

Meat from Sam’s club has not been in the freshest condition. I bought this pack with an expiration date out several days. When I got home and took the strips out of the package, I saw that the meat was turning a green color. I am done with buying meat at Sam’s Club.

Meat was tough even when cooked rare. Some pieces were sinewy.
