The gentleman who put the frame together was from Angi.com. It only took him maybe 5 minutes to put it together. He even took the box to the apartment dumpster. I would gladly use him again.

The bed frame was done in a good speed. It wasn’t rushed. The man made sure that it support my room. He even moved things around for me since I’m 8 months pregnant. His wife also called and had the time adjusted and stayed in communication with me until they got to my address. They were very professional.

Never connected with installation people and want a refund. My niece, nephew and 3 colle age grand nephews made this a family project. The directions were horribly confusing and fortunately I had Allen wrenches in various dimensions. It took four hours to put together

This is NOT THE FAULT OF THE ASSEMBLER! The item to be assembled was returned and refunded days before the assembler showed up. Why they were not notified of this I do not know, NOW ANGI is harassing us through email about this, MANY A DAY, when they were emailed back that the receiver DIED!!!! Will not ever order 3rd party from Walmart again, and will never use ANGI!!!!

The bed was dropped off across the street from my house. No one notified me that the delivery date for the bed had been changed AGAIN to today until well after it was left at the wrong address. I paid for the installation service that I did not receive. Now I have to wait until Monday to get my bed from the post office. WHY WOULD YOUR DRIVER THINK THAT THIS WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO? If your driver left it at a neighbors house and I get ripped off for the bed, thetes going to be helm to pay. There is no excuse for such thoughtlessness.

I ordered a bed as a gift on the 19th and requested assembly service through Angi. The bed was delivered on the 21st, and I received an email on the 23rd confirming the assembly appointment date. I called on the 24th to cancel the service and request a refund, but I was told it was outside the 24-hour window and could not be refunded. However, the assembly service was never performed. I should not be charged for a service that did not occur. I am now being told to go through Walmart to request a refund, which is frustrating and inconvenient. I will never prepay for an assembly service again. Either Walmart or Angi needs to issue a refund for the assembly that was never completed.

Purchased the Angi 3rd party installation that Walmart offered since the feedback from the reviews (on the bed I purchased ) reflected issues with assembly. One thing that wasn't clear is that the time frame that Angi gives you is an estimate and not necessarily the exact time the handyman will show up. The handyman was nice and professional.

I paid $900 for a BED, MATTRESSES, and ASSEMBLY. I have 2 mattresses and thats it. No one is giving me any answers. They want me to call seller. What does Wal-Mart get paid for. I am not chasing this down. Come get the mattresses and give me a refund today!

I was not able to use angi for this service bc we had to cancel the order. the wm app switched our delivery address... maybe I entered it incorrectly?... something. the order was having it sent to my address and it was supposed to go to my mom's. however, I gave them 5 stars bc I've used their services before and the contractors they allow have always been great in my book. if Walmart trusts them, I will continue to trust them.

I made specific instructions on when person should arrive due to scheduling conflicts with doctors appointment was scheduled for 1 pm with specific person to do the work. confirmation email asked me to contact worker about required tools but website link to do that didn't work. on day of appointment a different person arrived at wrong time while I was in middle of doctors appointment and he didn't speak English and when he was done he left a mess and didn't remove boxes bedframe and mattress came in. I informed the customer service agent from Angie's and was told my assembly fee would be refunded
