[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I frequently buy True Lemon. I make my own iced tea, and add True Lemon to it. I am diabetic, and shouldn't have sugar, so this is perfect for me and my family. We really love it, and often use it in recipes too.

I love this for cooking! I make a baked cod loin and this is a must have ingredient as it doesn’t add and unwanted liquid! 4 thawed and squeezed cod loins I mix: 1 packet of True Lemon 1 - 2 Tbsp Mayo 1/2 - 1 tspn garlic powder 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt & pepper 1 - 2 Tbsp parmigiana cheese 1/4 - 1/2 tsp seasoning salt 1 tsp melted butter 6 - 8 crackers (if I have different kinds, I use a couple of each) Next: crush the crackers (not dust, but not huge chunks) Mix all the ingredients and divide among 4 cod loins. I kind of pack it in my hand and mold unto just the top of each piece of fish. Bake for 25-30 minutes depending on the thickness of fish. Top should be brown and any juice from the fish should be clear. It’s amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried using this in several ways. It truly is very flexible and very useful in many ways. I tried it as lemonade and it was very real in flavor. I sweetened it with a small amount of agave nectar. Truly refreshing and bright. Another way I used it was to season mashed avocado, along with salt and pepper in place of the juice of half a lemon. I used two packets blended in by hand with a fork. If you like the end results a little less thick you could add some water to it. Not too much just a teaspoon or two, that will loosen it up just a little. I thought the end result was really excellent. Then spread it on some toast for a really great snack or even lunch. I know there are many more uses for those packets of lemon crystals... I will continue to try different things with them.

500 loose packets. No individual boxes inside the main box. A couple of the packets were trying to escape the box already thru the cracks when I received it the box. No way to know the expiration dates (these DO expire, I've tasted spoiled ones and they're awful). I'm about 15 packets into my box of 500 and I've already found 2 empty packets... sealed with absolutely no lemon crystals inside. I love these, but I don't really recommend this particular package for purchase.

I’ve actually been buying another brand after years of buying this because there’s a little aftertaste from the lemon. Lime doesn’t have it so something is different. However no one else has these easy to use packets for travel and the convenience is worth the slight taste issue. Side note on the packets when traveling: TSA tends to look at these so I stick them in a front pocket to pull out, Not sure why but they haven’t taken any lately so maybe they’re over whatever set them off.

I melt butter and sprinkle some True lemon in it and voila, it is ready for my salmon . I am truly grateful for such a wonderful product. I also have the grapefruit flavor for my beverages. I buy the 500 count in the lemon and share it with my daughter . We both love it so much.

I use a LOT of these crystals. They are easier to store and use than actual lemons (duh!). I drink a lot of iced tea. Unfortunately, sometimes, for whatever reason, the crystals are congealed inside the packet. Not many, but I recommend storing them in an air tight container.
