This is by far, the best lemon substitute I have ever used (and I have tried many). I got really tired of a trip to the store buying fresh lemons, every time I needed a lemon, and if I picked up several, oniy to have some go bad before being used. About the only time I buy fresh lemons now, is when I need lemon zest.

Love, love, love this. Great to carry with you. I always keep some in my car. It's also great because if you happen to run out of fresh lemon juice it is always on the shelf. Also great for baking if a recipe doesn't call for it and you don't want to adjust for extra liquid just mix in a packet or two for a great lemon flavor. They also make lime packets.

I first experienced this product on an airplane, and the lime flavor was excellent! After that, I ordered it for my home. Now I always have lemon and lime at hand whenever I need it, and don't have to buy the fruit very often. My grandchildren love to make their own limeade. It is so practical. Sometimes, it is better than fresh juice, as you can get the citrus flavor without having it run off. I sprinkle Real Lime on melon wedges, for example. I sprinkle Real Lemon on meat cubes for shish kebob. Also, sometimes you just need a small amount of juice, so one packet will do. You don't have to cut into an intact fruit if you only need a teaspoon of juice. I will always stock it. It is a great product.

Delivered as promised and kept me updated. This provider saves time and money. The lemon crystals are not sweetened and don’t go bad as soon as fresh lemons do, so it’s an economical and healthy way to make lemonade. The customer may choose the healthiest sweetener.

I don’t know how to explain it but these taste better than the lemon juice I was using before. They make the water taste so refreshing. My kids who never drink enough water started carrying extra packets with them in their backpacks. My teen prefers the lime and my youngest gets strawberry lemonade 🍋🍋‍🟩🍓

I've been mostly using the True Citrus Grapefruit variety, and switched to the Orange for a change of taste, but this Lemon is so strong that a full glass of water doesn't dilute it too much. I may have to consider adding sugar... I Really Really Like This One. And it came in a box that said, "Be Healthy. Be Happy. Be True." :-)

True review here. Love my lemon packets, use them every day. I’d give them a perfect 5 star review but, for some reason and I run into this problem often the packets, even though they are sealed, when opened the crystalized lemon seems to have gotten wet and became hard and stuck to the inside of the packet. Sometimes I can scrape it out, sometimes the packets are a lost cause and I just have to toss it out. I buy 2 boxes of 500 at a time, and typically go through 25-35 packets a day. The last two boxes I purchased from you all, there were more packets that seemed like they had gotten wet and sticky then the dry normal stuff. It’s also not the first time this has happened. If True Lemon could fix this issue you will get a Perfect 5 star rating from this Lemon Head. Thank you for allowing me to be honest and post a review.

My local stores stopped carrying TrueLemon years ago. I was so happy to have a friend share their sale and decided to stock up! So far, most of the packets don't pour out and the crystals are all stuck together. This is pretty disappointing! I shouldn't be having to pick it off the sides.

I love TRUE lemon and use it daily. Every refill in my water bottle gets two packets. It's a habit, I have it down to a science. I plan out my groceries around when to pick up fresh boxes. In this economy you have to plan for the little things, you know. My most recent box of 100 packets, every 4-5th packet is empty. Tear it open. . . nothing! I finally dumped the box and 19 packets were empty?! Not cool.

The day received I opened 3 packets and one was wet, a few days later I opened 13 packets and 6 were wet and one was completely empty. Then I opened 4 more and 2 were wet. So it looks like I might get 50% of the lemon packets I paid for. Not a good value.
