It is lemony true, 1 packet equals 1 lemon wedge, or 1/4 of a lemon.Thers very little in packet. I use two packets for 8 oz water. BUT they need to monitor the production line. So far I have found 3 to 2 ratio of EMPTY packets. Almost 50/50 odds its empty. So if you are ok with maybe 250 packets instea d of 500 for $21., its good.

I have purchased this item from other sources many times. This time the packets were clumped and not powdery as they should be.

This a good alternative for lemon juice when fresh fruit isn't available. It is shelf stable when in the powdered form, and tastes fresher than the concentrated bottle verities when reconstituted.

I use true lemon for seasoning instead of fresh lemons. It will also make great lemonade and has a long shelf life. Single lemons are very expensive and the larger bags are not good for single adults who cook for one person only.

I really like these... of course they take about 5 minutes to dissolve, but that's to be expected... they are crystals... but you can't beat the lemon flavor compared to using a lemon wedge. Just add sugar and you have instant homemade lemonade!
