Love, love, love this. Great to carry with you. I always keep some in my car. It's also great because if you happen to run out of fresh lemon juice it is always on the shelf. Also great for baking if a recipe doesn't call for it and you don't want to adjust for extra liquid just mix in a packet or two for a great lemon flavor. They also make lime packets.

I first experienced this product on an airplane, and the lime flavor was excellent! After that, I ordered it for my home. Now I always have lemon and lime at hand whenever I need it, and don't have to buy the fruit very often. My grandchildren love to make their own limeade. It is so practical. Sometimes, it is better than fresh juice, as you can get the citrus flavor without having it run off. I sprinkle Real Lime on melon wedges, for example. I sprinkle Real Lemon on meat cubes for shish kebob. Also, sometimes you just need a small amount of juice, so one packet will do. You don't have to cut into an intact fruit if you only need a teaspoon of juice. I will always stock it. It is a great product.
