True Lemon is true lemon--each packet is equal to a wedge of lemon and easier to keep on hand than fresh lemons. I have used this for years. I drink lemon water every day.

I use true lemon for seasoning instead of fresh lemons. It will also make great lemonade and has a long shelf life. Single lemons are very expensive and the larger bags are not good for single adults who cook for one person only.

i've always been terrible about drinking enough water, & drank way too much soda or caffinated beverages. i was chronically under hydrated. i began adding 1 packet to a water bottle, & now i easily drink 4-5 34-ounce bottles per day. it's as refreshing as adding actual lemon slices to a serving. it took less than a week for my body to adjust to the intake & start absorbing it rather than constantly running to the bathroom after every bottle. i now rarely have headaches, get shaky after working outdoors, or have difficulty donating plasma. whenever i crave a sweetened drink or want a treat, i add about a tablespoon of raspberry honey to a bottle. this stuff is wonderful.

True lemon lemon packets are really one of the best inventions I’ve come across. They have increased to my water intake at least double this has helped my health conditions overall tremendously the doctor say drink more water drink more water and it wasn’t until true lemon came along that this really happened. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s being told to drink more water. Just a lemon in the water is great. I know there’s other products but you can’t beat nature‘s best.

I first tasted True Lemon on a airline flight and was immediately hooked! So fresh-tasting - I use it in my water & even in cooking! The packets are wonderful for travel!

I really love True Lemon as I put it in my water jug every day. It was recommended by my Urologist to help prevent kidney stones. I drink two to three jugs of water a day, so I use two packets in each jug. Wonderful stuff!

I’ve tried to make myself drunk more water (I need to for my health!) and it’s HARD because, full disclosure, I don’t like it! Ha! True Lemon in my big water container through the day and I’m drinking twice as much water! No aftertaste and no processing (which my health also demands) Thank you!!
