I love this for cooking! I make a baked cod loin and this is a must have ingredient as it doesn’t add and unwanted liquid! 4 thawed and squeezed cod loins I mix: 1 packet of True Lemon 1 - 2 Tbsp Mayo 1/2 - 1 tspn garlic powder 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt & pepper 1 - 2 Tbsp parmigiana cheese 1/4 - 1/2 tsp seasoning salt 1 tsp melted butter 6 - 8 crackers (if I have different kinds, I use a couple of each) Next: crush the crackers (not dust, but not huge chunks) Mix all the ingredients and divide among 4 cod loins. I kind of pack it in my hand and mold unto just the top of each piece of fish. Bake for 25-30 minutes depending on the thickness of fish. Top should be brown and any juice from the fish should be clear. It’s amazing!

I’ve been a loyal customer for a number of years. I keep coming back for more! Flavor and convenience are the two biggies for me. Convenient size packets I can use at home or take on the road. And robust flavor. It consistent flavor between all my packets I’ve ordered. Us it in multiple liquids and foods. Just simply a great product!

I have been using True Lemon for years. Since I do not use creamer in my tea I always used real lemons then I began using True Lemon. It’s great and so much easier than cutting up and squeezing a lemon. It’s also good in a bottle of water as well!! :+1::+1:

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried using this in several ways. It truly is very flexible and very useful in many ways. I tried it as lemonade and it was very real in flavor. I sweetened it with a small amount of agave nectar. Truly refreshing and bright. Another way I used it was to season mashed avocado, along with salt and pepper in place of the juice of half a lemon. I used two packets blended in by hand with a fork. If you like the end results a little less thick you could add some water to it. Not too much just a teaspoon or two, that will loosen it up just a little. I thought the end result was really excellent. Then spread it on some toast for a really great snack or even lunch. I know there are many more uses for those packets of lemon crystals... I will continue to try different things with them.

Both flavors are great alternative to buying carbonated flavored water. Not only is it a pleasant flavor, but the packaged amount is just right for a single glass and this product produces a lot less waster in terms of aluminum cans. I would recommend these products to anyone who wants to get away from sodas and flavored carbonated water.

I fell in love with True Lemon over 10 years ago & am glad it has recently made a comeback. As a person who can't stand plain water & will most likely never use a full lemon before it goes bad, True Lemon is the perfect product for me. I have even branched out into their other flavors.

I’ve actually been buying another brand after years of buying this because there’s a little aftertaste from the lemon. Lime doesn’t have it so something is different. However no one else has these easy to use packets for travel and the convenience is worth the slight taste issue. Side note on the packets when traveling: TSA tends to look at these so I stick them in a front pocket to pull out, Not sure why but they haven’t taken any lately so maybe they’re over whatever set them off.

The product itself is great. The packaging, not so much. About one out of every three packets is completely empty! I ordered a box of 500 and will be lucky to get 300 that actually contain lemon in the packets. In some packets, the crystals are clumped, hard, and stuck to the sides of the packaging making it difficult to empty into a glass, but at least those aren't empty. As much as I love the flavoring, I'm not sure I'll be buying again.
