I have used True Citrus for years, sprinkling it over cooked vegetables to give them a lift and interesting taste. I bought it in canisters, but before the canister was empty it would turn rock hard. This time I bought individual packets hoping it would stay powdery. I was only half right. Many of the packets have turned to a solid unusable mass. Those that are powdery are delicious but I've paid for packets I ccan't use.

This is my all-time favorite of the true citrus products. I definitely keep this in quantity at home because I use it every day. I’ve used it for years and I share it with people because it’s so versatile. It’s great and water and other beverages and wonderful and cooking. And the taste is genuinely like a fresh lemon.

I have always struggled with drinking water. It just doesn’t taste good to me, so naturally I’m continually dehydrated and groggy as a result! Well now that I’m expecting a baby, I HAVE TO keep my water intake up! Since I’ve been drinking True Lemon, I’ve been able to drink at least 100 oz of water per day! I’m feeling on top of my game and probably avoiding a lot of pregnancy complications because I’m consuming so much water with these packets and leaving out the nasties that harm our bodies! This is a terrific product. Better than any lemon juice from a bottle. This size box will last me (and my family, friends and co-workers) a very long time! Slightly disappointed that it was stored someplace humid before it was shipped to me---some of the packets behave like they've been exposed to moisture, hence only 4 stars. Try a packet in canned tuna or on veggies!

The Lemon Crystals make Ice Tea one of my favorite drinks. I always carry a few packets in my purse--just in case! True Lemon Lemonade, Limeade Watermelon are my other favorite summertime and all-year refreshing beverages. You can't go wrong with True Lemon.

I've been a 'True Citrus' fan since their beginning. When I first tasted this I said, 'finally!'m Eureka. It is simply amazing. A thirst quencher and calorie free....even artificial sweetners mix well with this to give you a delicious, diet, sensation! And now they've even come up with a variety of flavors. My best flavor to add to water after lemon is, 'Grapefruit'. Oh, my........

I have been buying these packets (all flavors for years) They are delicious however True Citrus is putting less product in the package. This is so disappointing and unacceptable for the price. Please don't play with your customers and make the packet smaller because many are already unsatisfied with the amount in each packet. With that said the taste is the same and I do enjoy it.
