[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised how great my water tasted with adding 1 packet to 16.9-ounce (500 ml) bottle of water. It tasted tart without being sweet and I was able to drink multiple bottles of water this way. I highly recommend this product!

I use these packets in everything! They add a mouth watering punch of flavor to iced tea, fruity teas, asparagus, salad dressings, and marinades. They also give a delicious boost to cocktails! I love making a British Mule (spicy ginger beer, lime, and gin) and for a twist, I add a packet of grapefruit or orange. I also love that they are gluten free, so my celiac friends get to enjoy all the flavor without the risk!

These are one of my favorite ways to add a little lemony zing to vegetables or other dishes, or in recipes. I even sprinkled a tiny bit on some store-bought lemon bars than weren't very tangy. I especially like to use it when the added liquid of lemon juice or the texture of lemon zest isn't wanted--just the lemon flavor and tang.

I tried fresh lemons but True Lemon is way much easier and tastes just like lemon. No brained for me. Great product!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these. They taste just like a fresh lemon when added to a beverage. My fresh cut lemons would go bad before I used them all. These packages also allow me to take with me to add fresh lemon taste when out or traveling.

I love lemons in my water and iced tea, but sometimes I don't have lemons at home. This packet is truly wonderful. It's instant lemon. There's no sugar or additives in it. It's just dried crystallized lemons. I also carry them in my purse so I can have lemons anywhere I want. I've also used this for cooking when I'm out of lemons to use on salmon. Works beautifully!

I love TRUE LEMON! I use it in tea and in soda. I use it in hot water with honey to help sore throats. I use it in baking when I can’t keep fresh lemon around. It has the best flavor of any powdered lemon I have found. We go through a box of 500 every couple of months.

I was discouraged and disappointed and had given up trying to find a water enhancer. Thankfully my mom didn't. She needed extra sodium in her diet. Her favorite is fresh squeezed tangerines with the true lemonade with the sodium. I was complaining one day (again) about drinking plain water and she mentioned TRUE LEMON lemonade. I don't like fake sugars so I went on line to check the ingredients. I haven't looked back and never will. I started with a few 90 day subscription orders, but it was so good I had to upgrade my order to every 30 days and giving ALL the flavors a try. It's a shame the stores don't carry more flavors. A lot of folks don't think to go on line and check out other options. So far all the flavors are awesome. Good work TRUE LEMON.

I love lots of lemon in my iced tea! I used to ask for several slices when out at a restaurant, even though I knew that studies show lots of bacteria in the lemons. Having gotten sick from the lemons, I will never use them again. True Lemon packets keep me healthy!

I have been using true lemon and true lime for a long time. Recently I had difficulty finding in stores . I was really happy to find online. Taste is just like the real thing. Nothing worse than going to refrigerator and finding that your lemon or lime has gone bad and unavailable to use. True lemon and true lime are great.
