I’ve bought this a few times and Love this item. I use it in hot teas and water. I’ve even added it to make quick individual lemon cheesecakes. The 500 packets come randomly thrown into the box, so it’s not easy to confirm that 500 are received. They last a long time. This was also the best price I could find.

This product is great! I had it for the first time on a plane trip, and when I got home I looked online & ordered 5 boxes. I gave one to all my grown kids. I’ve used it to flavor water, put in tea and put on vegetables! I’m going to order the lime next. That will be great for summer drinks !

These lemon crystals definitely taste like the real thing! Far more economical than buying actual lemons, and they never go moldy! Great just plain in water, but perfect in iced tea as well as recipes calling for lemon. I have used it in everything from cheesecake, to lemon chicken, to salad dressing. You control the intensity of the flavor by the number of packets that you use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love True Lemon. I have been trying to increase my water intake & plain water got old quickly. I tried infusions, which are great, but, it was a lot of prep every day. Also, I didn't want anything with sugar in it. True Lemon came to the rescue! The flavor is very good, no artificial lemon taste, no sugar, and it blends quickly into water. I now enjoy drinking water and get enough of it every day.

While my wife has been using True Lemon for a long while, I just started. Since I have started with True Lemon, I have had more water than any other beverage. I feel better and enjoy water with a hint of lemon. Basically, I should have listened to my wife!

I've been purchasing the small boxes at local grocery store for a few years. The citrus intensity was great so I decided to purchase a box of 250 online but they were out of stock so had to order the box of 500 which I figured I could share with a few family members. I am now extremely disappointed because the citrus intensity of the packets from the box of 500 is not at all as strong as the ones I was buying at the grocery store. I have to use two packets to get the same taste/flavor. I don't think I will be buying more online.

The product itself is great. The packaging, not so much. About one out of every three packets is completely empty! I ordered a box of 500 and will be lucky to get 300 that actually contain lemon in the packets. In some packets, the crystals are clumped, hard, and stuck to the sides of the packaging making it difficult to empty into a glass, but at least those aren't empty. As much as I love the flavoring, I'm not sure I'll be buying again.
