They are always delicious! Super tender and flavorful. The last 2 we purchased were a little fattier than usual, so had more waste than desired. Will most definitely purchase again.

I feel very good about the meat items at Sam's Club. I purchase brisket, pork butt and ribs at Sam's Club for smoking and the quality and pricing is good.

It’s the reason I bought it. I refuse to pay over that for a meat that was once considered only good for hamburger. If it gets higher than that I don’t buy it.

We love Brisket but the choices on the floor were super big and fatty. I buzzed the back and the gentlemen went to the back and brought out four more for me to choose from that were of much better Quality! Those meat guys are awesome!

This was the first time I attempted to cook a brisket and it was a success! The meat was tender, flavorful and well priced. I'm going to buy another brisket for my family to celebrate Valentine's day.

I like the large butcher’s cuts that allow me to cut my own roasts and steaks in general. A cut like the brisket can be separated into point and a couple of flats for the freezer, or put in the smoker whole if there is a larger gathering planned.

I realize these cuts of meat come kyropacked, but this does Not excuse the "butchering" of a whole packer. Excesive fat and thin flat trailing to a 1/4 inch of meat! ... I needed cuts I could trim for a good smoke.After all, brisket availability is why I joined.

I bought this a week ago and smoked it 2 days later. I cut and trimmed about half the fat off on the sides and left the fat in the middle to keep it really moist. But when I cut it up almost 7 or 8 lbs of it was pure fat. And it was a 16 lb brisket. Not happy at all with the one I bought but I will give it one more chance but if I get another one like this I will not be back.
