Fat, more than half of it was nothing but fat

Too fatty. Inedible.

The store was out of the Prime brisket. This brisket had a lot of the very hard fat. The flat area was really thin. I wont buy again.

Very good brisket. We actually trimmed it upgood, cut into 4 pieces and slow cookedit in two big crock pots. It turned out juicy and wonderful!!!

I have bought the brisket several times and it has always been great. The brisket cooks up tender and juicy with excellent flavor.
