The pizza is usually pretty good. Very affordable. I just have a few complaints - the pizza is only cut into 5/6 slices - way too big. Also, I wish we had the veggie pizza back. I would order more if we could get veggies.

Really dry and tasteless

My 4 order item was place at 11:29 am for a 5-6pm pick up today. My 5-6pm scheduled pick up was delayed twice. I had to call customer service twice questioning the delay. My pizza was made and sat for a 5pm pick up. My order was finally ready for pick at 7:45. The pizza was nasty, cold and horrible. The slices were not cut right, they were huge and disgusting. My other orders were messed up as well.

Do not get delivery if you have a car to pick up instead ! The quality of the pizza was awful dry and cold and we only live at the most 15 minutes from the store ! If I had a car I would have went in and got it myself but we don’t so I figured I’d try delivery! DONT it’s not as good at all! I got 2 four meat pies the meat was dried out and the cheese looked like it was out on a shelf for hours and dried up, not juicy at all! And we got 2 cheese pizzas cold and real dry! Even the crust on both pies that we always liked was bad ! Won’t delivery again!

If you pick it up in store and bring it straight home it's great pizza. If you get delivery you're getting a cold pizza even if they bring it straight from the store. I don't know how long these sit before they get picked up, but it's very clear that Sam's club puts no effort into keeping your food warm when you order delivery. I imagine it just sits there on a shelf with the rest of your order instead of in an insulated bag. I sure haven't seen the driver pull it out of a bag yet. Sam's club needs to put in more effort if they're only going to make these pizzas available through the cafe instead of the old take and bake.

The pizza was large and tasty. However, The lid on the pizza box was not secured to the bottom of the box. As I picked the box up, the lid opened fully exposing the entire pizza. A simple adhesive tape or something similar would keep the box closed and limit the exposure of the pizza to unwanted elements, hands or whatever.

Every time I place an online order for delivery (typically 8 hrs in advance) by the time my items are shopped it’s “unavailable” BUT yet I walk in directly after my order is delivered and mysteriously they are in stock

For the past 3 MONTHS I've tried to buy this pizza for delivery and it has been canceled every single time. Don't understand why it's even up on the website if the order is never going to go through. Don't waste your time on this.
