Last time I got this, I got completely sick after eating it. Seems to taste OK, but it was a little cold and hard when I got it from grocery pick up delivered out to the car with everything else.. to confirm, I even saved more for later like an idiot stuck it in the freezer portioned out each time I ate it. I got sick again. I did it four times. Yes, I’m stupid but to it made me sick.

I like this pizza but I preorder 10 pizzas for Sunday.sunday arrived and at last minute they saying there not available, but only cheese was not available but they said all pizza run out . I order 8 pizzas all over again pay extra for priority delivery and pay more tip and out of nowhere they had pizzas available and when they arrive they were not warm they where dry.... disappointed tbh I pre-op Friday thinking everything was going to be fine but nooo .

This was the worst pizza I have had in a long time. There was hardly any cheese or sauce. The crust was doughy %26 our pizza was cold %26 you could tell it was sitting for awhile before we got it. We were even early for our order! I would not buy pizza at the York location, save your money!

I've had pizza from Sam's club before and thought it was very good. This pepperoni pizza picked up on Sunday August 23rd was excessively salty and almost inedible. I'm guessing that a mistake in measurements was made in the preparation of the product.

I've tried to get this pizza delivered so many times and nearly every single time it is cancelled after I've already tipped the driver. The one time I've tried to pick it up, I had to wait an extra 40 minutes AFTER the original pick up time. If you need pizza for an event, I would highly recommend not relying on Sam's for it.

Having the pizza ready to go is great to help you avoid the lines at the Deli Window. The one that would push my rating higher would be to have the pizza cut into small portions. They are cut like the Deli Window size and not like what they would do for take out pizza.

INEDIBLE, HARD AS A ROCK, PETRIFIED. I wish I could make you understand how unacceptable this pizza was, complete garbage. They never should have sold this. BTW, the delivery was accepted around 7 pm 5/13 and the date on the pizza box said 5/12 12 pm. Day and a half old pizza. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

It has been a while since I got a slice of pizza from the food court in Sam's. It use to be great but not now. I got a whole pizza and took it home. Regret this!! The crust that I use to love is not the same. Horrible. I know they have changed the recipe or changed manufactors. It was good before, but I don't think I will be getting any more. Why did you mess this up? Go back to the way it use to be and add veggies back to the line up!!!!

Ever since you did away with payment at the pizza counter we have not been able to order any pizza. I’m sure your sales are down it’s so frustrating because on the app it only allows delivery or curb pickup and the slots are gone by time you check out so I’m not gonna wait an extra hour to get your pizza bad business decision

I really enjoy the pizza, and the prices are great! I do have one suggestion regarding delivery safety. For added peace of mind, it would be helpful if the pizza boxes were sealed completely with tape during delivery. Since customers don’t know who may be handling the food along the way, sealed packaging would help ensure that the box hasn’t been opened before it arrives. I’m not suggesting that anything inappropriate has happened — this is simply a general safety recommendation that could benefit everyone. Thank you for considering it!
