Not only do this item come with everything as described it even had extra parts in case they were needed for a TV that might have a different configuration.

Do no use them they never showed had the audacity to email me 45 mins after my appointment after I called to tell me they would be charging me full price as if I cancelled THE PRO NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER CALLED DO NO USE THEM!!!!

Canceled the installation 2 times! Was understanding the first, even the second not so bad but when called with 3rd that was the last straw!!! The “PRO” has been paid. That is not “Professional “ behavior as far as I am concerned!

The installation has been rescheduled 4-5 times including today. I want a refund of $79 for the installation service. I no longer need the service and am canceling service scheduled for Monday 16th.

I would think a tv wall mount was a wall mount. when I purchased the mount it said nothing about needing anything else. Now I have a installer coming tomorrow. and apparently no mount.

They originally gave me a date several days out. But I was able to reschedule to the 2 days later. Ivan texted first to get info. Was on time, professional but also very nice! I strongly recommend him and this service.

This has been postponed until January 18th. We have a 65 inch TV in our Family Room in a box where it will remain until the installer decides to show up!

The cheap mount works well, the problem was with installation. Honored price, but they canceled twice. They make the schedule and don't have much say on when they will be there.
