Canceled the installation 2 times! Was understanding the first, even the second not so bad but when called with 3rd that was the last straw!!! The “PRO” has been paid. That is not “Professional “ behavior as far as I am concerned!

The mount was included with the frame tv, so saying that it isn't was confusing, because I questioned of the product was something non-standard, which can happen.

this company is FRAUD they book a appointment that you didnt make then steak your money when you cancel but rest assured im contacting my attorney they stole 79.00 from me

Love the fact that Walmart has this opportunity for customers, I love it.the guy who came and installed our Tv was very respectful,came on time and installed the tv very fast.thank u Walmart my family appreciate it.🙏🏾

The installer was 30 minutes late and no courtesy call to say they were running late. Installer placed on existing wall bracket, and did an OK job and was very nice to work with.

I feel the price was reasonable and the communication was very good. I was given all the info I needed to contact my installer, and how to reschedule

The appointment never happened and there was no type of communication for it besides the appointment date and time. The day of, appointment time came and went and was not notified once.

It states that they would have the basic tools and the person sent out did not have drywall anchors which firstly was not used last time a tv was mounted in the same spot but two it would be good to state somewhere. Wasted my time and money.

STAY AWAY!!!! THEY BREAK APPOINTMENTS, THEIR SYSTEMS ARE DOWN, THEY DO NOT HAVE SUPERVISORS ON CALL, THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL CALL IN 24 HOURS BUT NO CALL BACKS - STAY AWAY !!!! ANGI IS NO GOOD

totally unprofessional. They canceled my appointment 4 hours before it was scheduled. I will never use this service again or ever recommend it to anyone.
