We had the best experience with WalMart Angi. We love our TV and had professional and courteous service from Luis and Arlex with Angi Services. The new TV is now mounted to the wall. It was a pleasure working with Angi and will gladly work with them again. Thank you

What an absolutely horrible experience I just had. I waited all day for Angi tech to hang my new Walmart TV. He was late . He was rude and called me old. He didn’t have the right screws ? And instead of being helpful, he was absolutely awful to me. Was here 10 minutes and left. Didn’t help me get what I needed even though I asked very nicely for him to help me get whatever it is that I needed. Clearly, Angi hires the worst of the worst I now have paid $79 for the service and I got nothing beware of these cons.

I was not informed about Angie prior to it appearing in my email and text. I did not order this service and did not appreciate the constant texting about it. I know I did not order it because I knew I did not have a TV mount. It would be standing on its legs and not be mounted.

The guy they sent was very friendly and professional. He made sure to ask questions so the TV was exactly where I wanted it. He offered recommendations on placement but always went with what I wanted. He vacuumed the dust from drilling for the mount and made sure not to leave a mess. Other installers don't go that far with service. I'd use them again if the need ever comes up.

The pro didn’t bother to read or use the instructions for the mount. Nor did he use the screws that came with it. He kept blaming the problem on the mount not being the right size for standard housing wall studs. He had to leave %26 return later with an assistant. I requested that the job be completed as I knew it wasn’t my house’s structure nor the standard mount that was correct for my tv size. So I ended up with numerous holes in my burgundy colored wall. No patch up or anything. Tv is mounted but is very unstable and I feel like it can’t be touched or moved (it’s supposed to swivel).

I booked a service with Walmart for TV mounting for 2 TV’s and was giving a 7am time and a 4pm time slot I called in spoke to Carla who gave me a phone number to reach the tech that was scheduled to do the job which he stated that I should cancel and pay him directly. I reached out to Walmart who stated the contact number that I was receiving messages from wasn’t the contractor that Walmart deal with Walmart the. Stated I have to request my refund of $158. From the contractor even though I paid for the service through Walmart

I canceled Angi installation on Nov 7th or 8th. She scheduled me on a day I wouldn't be available. The installer qouted me a intall price of $249.95. Said he had nothing to do with the $79 that I paid Walmart for installation. So I need Walmart to refund me my $79 immediately you charged me for before I even got TV mounted. Had a friend help me last night install it.

Could not get in touch with Angi. They do not know what they are doing as after cancellation Angi still sends someone out to install TV wall mount. (Sent someone out on approximately on first week of September) The wall mount was installed but not through Angi we paid another company to install our wall mount as Angi couldn’t get the process of communication with their clients. I WILL Never use Angi again

I booked a TV mounting service with an additional tech in January. Immediately they kept moving the booking and canceling. I canceled because I found someone more reliable to do the work. I canceled more than 24 hours in advance per the policy. They’ve been giving me the runaround for over 2 months on the refund for the second tech. I finally got the refund for the original booking but now Angi doesn’t want to help with the additional tech I booked directly through them. Their customer service is useless. Last agent told me they hadn’t been trained in Walmart and to call them… but couldn’t give me the number or website to find them. Offered a callback from a supervisor that will never come.

They confirmed my mounting the next day from receiving my tv and mount. Then 30 minutes before my actually appointment time they canceled and tried to reschedule days after I brought my items. Didn’t even give me an option to what day would be convenient for me.
