The “Pro” never arrived or attempted to call me, I was waiting for them but never received a call or a knock at the door although they had my address and apartment number and everything, they just sent a message at 7:15 saying they will be there until 7:30am I exactly came put at 7:30am because I had missed the text but no one was there, than when I called him everything sound sooo off, I guess he wasn’t expecting I had a ring camera in my apartment that could show my parking lot and a fence he needs to call to come in through, so I went effectively in my camera whiched confirmed what I suspected which is that no one ever showed, this literally just happened this morning, so be careful with this service app because they will claim they did the impossible to try and reach you but didn’t and then charge for a full a services they never showed up for because of their cancelling policy, I didn’t cancelled, your guy never came!

Michael was very kind and courteous. He knew exactly what he was doing. He handled my TV with care. After he mounted my TV on the wall it stayed put. My TV is a TCL Roku TV 55 inch. Even though the TV was put in a tight spot he knew exactly what to do in such tight quarters. Overall, I'm really happy I ordered from this service, and will be ordering AGAIN in the future! :-D

I didn’t get the wall mount. I asked for it to be left at the front door , the picture sent was in the grass somewhere at my apartment complex and did not look like a wall mount. I need another one sent out asap since the hanging service I purchased is coming Saturday at 10AM.

I was not informed about Angie prior to it appearing in my email and text. I did not order this service and did not appreciate the constant texting about it. I know I did not order it because I knew I did not have a TV mount. It would be standing on its legs and not be mounted.

I still don't have the TV installed. I have not been able to get in touch with Angie to make sure they are going to send two people to install my 75 inch TV. I have tried their app. I have tried calling. I have tried sending email response. I cannot reach Angie.

I had a great experience with the Angi handyman who mounted my TV. The price was very reasonable, and the handyman was incredibly polite and professional. He did an excellent job, ensuring everything was securely installed and exactly how I wanted it. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled professional!

The wall mount is everything that was promised. My television is a bit heavy and I was worried that this mount and my wall would not be able to handle it. The young man from Walmart came to install the mount and he was fast. He didn't even need help. He was very professional and I would definitely trust the installer and the mount whenever I needed another one.

they suck. they keep changing the scheduled time And the person thats supposed to come to your home. its not 79 dollars they are charging you its 86 dollars. I will never be getting this again and telling everyone just don't bother. Safer to buy your own drill and do it yourself

As a customer, it was very confusing figuring out how to schedule this service. There is no number given or service provider mentioned. Please note that Walmart cannot change or cancel the service, the third party does…..however that was also not communicated well. After over a week and several calls to Walmart, I finally got in touch with Angi (the third party) then was corrected that I should have been more proactive with my cancellation. The representative complained about all the paperwork they will not have to sign off on if I want to get my refund. All in all, this is a mess. I will never get additional service ordered again.

Not the greatest experience I’ve had. They broke my TV by accident. I was told I would get reimbursed for Angie services and my TV. Still not heard nothing just getting the runaround from Walmart and Angie. I wouldn’t advise using this. No one can explain how I can get my refund ormy TV fixed. It just seems they got their money and they don’t even wanna reach out to try to fix the issue unfortunately I won’t be buying this again.
