There are so many other services that offer same day install. You don't even get your confirmation email from Angi's for two days and then the schedule for the install is a week after that.

Would love to give zero stars. This was a joke. Don’t fall for it. It’s thru Angie/walmart. They schedule the appt and give you no option. So I re-arranged my schedule. Three hours before the tech was to show up I got an email canceling. They rescheduled for 2.5 days later. Again I had to re-arrange my schedule. This time losing out on theater tickets. This time the tech canceled 28 minutes before his scheduled time. He told me straight out Walmart does not pay them enough to do this job. I demanded my money back. It will take 10 business days to get it. This is a complete waste and somewhat of a scam. Do not do it!!

Very quick and pleasant on my cancellation. When I ordered my 58" Roku tv I also ordered the Mounting and installation. Through no fault of Handyman, Walmart failed to advise tv purchaser (me) that over 45", this 1 is 58", would require extra charge ($50) for a helper, or I would need to provide help to mount. As my husband and I are in our 70's and each weigh about 135 lbs. in ill health, we couldn't help and didn't know anyone that could. Handy was very gracious when I cancelled, so for now we'll be watching it on the floor.

Requested this service for 75” inch TV. Angi sent one person who was definitely not capable of installing it. When I asked him if there will be another person joining him, he asked me to help him install the TV. I eventually had to ask him to reschedule it. When I called Angi, they gave me an appointment 4 days later. Extremely bad service and misguiding job description on Walmart.

How can I rate a 20?? Chad was AWESOME! 👍😎. I would hire him for anything I need. He was smart, efficient, respectful, always requested feedback before taking any steps. He was on time, neat, polite, and so very professional. If I had cash I would have tipped him extra!! I am so happy! I got a great TV, with excellent support. A beautiful wall mount, professionally installed, to my direction. All this for UNDER 200$

The mounting of the television went very smooth. I would recommend this service anytime. It’s definitely worth the money and the guy was very polite and professional! Cleaned up when he was finished and you wouldn’t even know there was any installation done! Highly recommend using this service if needed.

The guy they sent was very friendly and professional. He made sure to ask questions so the TV was exactly where I wanted it. He offered recommendations on placement but always went with what I wanted. He vacuumed the dust from drilling for the mount and made sure not to leave a mess. Other installers don't go that far with service. I'd use them again if the need ever comes up.

So far I waited until the day they were supposed to arrive, and a few hours before the time, they rescheduled for 3 days later. No warning or previous notice. So I am leaving 2 stars until I can see how this plays out. I just moved here and I have a lot going on I dont need this nonsense. I guess you get what you pay for.

Product is solid and holds my 65 inch Google 4k right in the middle of my brand spanking new apt. Tho my LR is small after centering my huge and awesome Tv.decorated all around in colorful.mood light tape also made my room appear larger.and more opened even with a sectional sofa and stand alone posted floor lamps all purchased at WM....and the Walmart expert (Mr. Robert) came in like the pro he is and very cordial and equipped with everything he needed knocked the job.out in just under 45.minutes and.he.left no.mess! Im extra impressed and.will share Walmart's Expertise thats.very affordble and cordial with all of my family friends neighbors and coworkers. The USX TV mount is strong an mightier of all the mounts Ive tried.out there!!!

They scheduled it at 9pm so I reached out to the pro to confirm and he ended up texting me that he needed a ride. I then said when were u planning on letting me know u needed a ride? He then said my bad and ended up coming. He put the tv up just fine. I helped him carry the 65in tv. And tipped him $40 but the needing a ride part so unprofessional.
