So far, I've been satisfied with purchase. In the past, I've purchased GE products and Midea has performed better than GE. With the extensive heat these past several months, it's performed well without any issues. I hope it performs as well in the years to come.

Unit cools consistently to maintain and regulate temperature. It's not too hot, then too cold. I love the remote and the easily read digital temperature display.

So far it has been selightful. I already had two, smaller BTU Midea Brand AC's and added this one. They are so effieceint tht my house is cool and my bill is LOWER. My central AC cost me 100 to 150 higher previously! I shut it off and use these now.

my old air conditioner gave out warm air , even with a fan, it didn't help. But with this air conditioner, the living room is cool, and so's part of the kitchen. i used to have to hang in the bedroom, but now i can actually enjoy the living room again.

I bought this for my daughter because the 6,000 btu she had wasnt powerful enough for her apartment. This one works better and keeps her place nice and cool.

This Midea air conditioner does a great job cooling off our 15x25ft. kitchen. Love the feature that you can put the exact temperature you want, i.e. 73 degrees. It turns off itself when it reaches that temp. So, the air conditioner is not running constantly.

My family is enjoying the great tempature it keeps in our home and with the smart features we don't have to worry about forgetting to turn it on when we go out anymore, we can do that while we are out. It was easy to install and set up and runs beautifully.

Had to return this unit. Each time i powered the unit on it began to smell like metal burning.
