Did not stay zipped closed and the laptop fell out while it was on my back while traveling thru a busy airport.

Customer service sucks. They dont provide warra ty support but just try to avoid any warranty claims. I will not buy any.ore swissgear bags.

If you are looking for a backpack that will hold your computer then this Swiss gear should be your purchase. So many pockets and 2 outside pockets to hold water bottle/container. Best purchase I made in a long time.

While walking through the airport, the main zipper that separates the two sides, opened and my iPad hit the floor. I had to zip the zipper to meet at the bottom side to avoid it from unzipping on its own.

Loads of space with a more ridged framework than most backpacks which means it sits nice on you back, shoulder or sitting on the table while you try to find which pocket you stuck your keys in. Well worth the purchase.

Not new to this brand backpack brand, I have one I bought for my son when he was in 8th grade 15 years a go and I am still using it to travel … still in great condition. Decided to get a second one so my husband needs an upgrade to the best one. Absolutely love this backpack.

Love this backpack! I don't normally carry a backpack but wanted to give this a try. It is amazing! Fits my back so well. All the pockets make organizing great - not just a dump bag. Not only do I love it but I got my husband one too and he uses it daily.
