It has got serious zip issue.. zip is very loose and the bag opens up as you walk.

Zippers on laptop section dont stay up (zipped)

I have a couple of these backpacks. The seam started to come apart on the top near the handle. I submitted a claim to Swiss online and submitted all of the required information. They took 3 weeks to respond only to reject my claim. They stated that I was missing essential information. The “missing information” was never requested in their warranty portal. They appear to be a company that offers a long warranty, but plan to never fulfill it. They ignore you, then reject the claim. They don’t even give you the option to submit the additional information they wanted. They expected me to start the process all over again. They just want your money then for you to go away. Thankfully Sam’s Club has a great return policy. I just returned it for a refund. I hope they have a way of getting a refund for the poor quality product from Swiss.

Solid backpack but the zippers would randomly slide open on their own. You have to slide the zippers all the way over to one side to avoid the issue

Best made, best material + All the compacted Space. I have never seen a backpack that " had it all "

This is my Second Swiss Gear Backpack. First one lasted 10 years. Great Product! Zippers work well! Many pockets to store work/school essentials!

Not as good as the previous version I own. Too heavy, not as much space and too many additional pockets. It is durable!

The backpack is comfortable, seems to be durable, and protects my laptop, phone and glasses perfectly. At $49, it is also is quite affordable
