This is a great starter kayak, light weight and easy to travel. My 7 year old can easily paddle this and another child or two can sit on for the ride.

My son went at it like a pro! We have never kayaked in our life and had a blast! We did take a couple with us that had some experience but everything was so smooth and he did amazing. Could not tell at all it was his first time.

This is a great little kayak. My 9 year old maneuvers this easily and can keep up with the group. She even had the dog on there with her! It is steady and not very "tippy". Perfect for any kid!!

I bought this kayak for my 7 year old. Tried to get one later last year but they were sold out. Holds up to 130 lbs, unlike most that hold a max of 90 lbs.

bought as a gift for my 8 year old grandson. Kayak seems to turn over easy if his doesn't sit exactly in the center. Wished we had purchased the larger adult size as they are more stable.

Good product & good price. Great for the tweens just learning about boating. May need to be registered in some states. Always make yhe wear a life vest.

Great child kayak! Purchased for a 8 year old. Comes in pretty colors. The paddle even matches! My little girl was excited for the pink one. The price is the best I've seen also! It seems pretty steady as well! Recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for my son, exactly what I was looking for. Walmart had his favorite color (yellow) in stock for less than half of all the other options.

My daughter almost drowned. Luckily she had a life vest but the kayak filled with water making it heavy despite the scuppers . The seam on the side of the kayak where the top half and bottom have meet cracked right at the seam.

Just purchased and couldn't be more pleased... easy, fun and track better than I expected.
