I bought this for my almost 10 year old daughter who loves it. Her 2 cousins also got one for their bday so we were excited to all go our kayaking. One thing I did not like was how it was delivered. It only arrived in plastic and not in any sort of box. It was also left out by my driveway where anyone could steal it. My garage is always open and they normally put my packages in the garage not sure what happened this time. Overall great product thought!

We purchased one three or four years ago for our first grandson to use at our home on a lake. 7 grandkids later it works as good as new, with no maintenance to speak of. The only thing that we have had to do to it is replace the drain stopper after the kids took it out to see if they could sink the kayak. the kayak still floated enough to get it to shore, but they managed to lose the plug. The oldest whittled a stick to fit in its place. That was two seasons ago and it still works fine.

We have 2 for our younger girls and as soon as they grow out of them they will be on to bigger ones. Pull handle on the front is handy for tying to the back of another kayak and towing them when they get tired.

They love the ease of the sit on top design and can paddle easily. We've really been happy with the youth kayak! I look forward to adding some adult kayaks to the collection some day too!

I found this last year on sale at a local sporting good store. My 13 year old grandson loves it- he can easily get on and off to go for a swim & use it as a stand up paddle board, too!

we bought this for our 5 year old daughter. she has been out 2x so far and it works great. she is able to get in it and paddle by herself. there were not drip guards on the paddle so she got a little wet the first time but those were cheap to buy and add to the paddle.

The best deal ever. We rented a house on the Connecticut shore and the kids used these on the ocean and loved them. Now we have bought them for Lake Michigan and the kids love them. Durable, fun and affordable. Also, I ordered several and while I’m not a Walmart shopper or supporter they outperformed Amazon in service and delivery, and were easier to deal with, which surprised me.

I am a 5'7" 50-something woman and I love this kayak! I was looking for a light weight kayak as my old one was getting too heavy for me to carry. This is very easy to carry and also fits into the back of my crossover (with the hatch closed). I use it on the local rivers. It seems very well-built and is sturdy. The paddle is great. I've had mine for 2 years and have had no issue. You do get your seat wet due to the scupper holes. You can have a half inch of water inside. I bought some plugs. I weigh 130lbs. My husband tried it and did not sink - he weighs 200.

My kids love this kayak. It’s a nice option for my 6 and 9 year old. They are able to kayak well on their own. It’s pretty light weight too make it easy to get in and out of the water. My 9 year old can lift it by himself. I highly recommend getting it.

I have two pink ones and one blue. i bought the blue just to pull behind me for carry my gear for kayak camping. the pink ones are for my daughters. My oldest took right off in this thing, like she knew what she was doing lol. very stable, glides across water and she loves it.
