the quality of the wood is very cheap. easy to damage. the wood for the sink was splitting. a lot of the holes were predrilled wrong. the door and the front window were off significantly. the design of it is very nice though.

Shoddy construction, pieces arrived broken and bent, holes drilled in the wrong place, pieces don’t fit perfectly together. Single coat of paint already looks weathered.

Super cute modern playhouse that we can't wait to customize. I agree with other reviewers that the factory finish is more of a primer than a durable painted finish. Relatively easy to put together - took Dad about 5 hours.

Definitely could use a better paint job. Also received a lot of damaged pieces. What was received does not match the price that was paid and the labor to build.

Very cute house, added some paint and numbers for a more customized look. There was some chipping of the table when I received the package and some issues with the door not closing, but overall great, sturdy house.

Super cute, kids love it. Plenty of room inside for my 4 and 2 yr old boys. Love it has attached picnic table. We store some toys underneath the ledge to window. Very happy with purchase seems very sturdy.

This is super easy to put together. It is small and a little difficult for a grown man to get inside. I would also recommend painting with exterior paint to help it survive the weather and help it last longer.

Kids loves it. Was a little hard to put together some of the pieces were warped. So when put together they cracked . If it wasn’t a pain to take apart and put together would have return for a new one.

The house is very cute but thought it to be a little bigger. There are a lot of windows in plastic just wished they would have screen and a window to keep the rain out.

A couple parts arrived broken but great modern playhouse for a toddler! Instructions were a pain to understand. Took about 3 hours to assemble with two handy guys.
