Cute playhouse but complicated to put together. My husband and bother in law put it together- they are experts in assembling furniture and it took them like 4 hours between both of them

We have gotten so many compliments on this playhouse, it's absolutely the cutest! It took me and my husband about 3 hours to assemble it, And then I painted it to match our house. The fact that it is primered white made the painting very easy. I love the modern design and my daughter loves playing in it!

This is ADORABLE!!! We waited to put it together to be sure we had the time. It went up in a day and was easy to manage. The top of the picnic bench was damaged during delivery, but my son thought he can try to fix it. We plan to enhance this house with little touches such as curtains and rugs. It will be fun to do.

I liked the playhouse, except for the paint job. It only has a very thin coat of primer paint on it from the factory and it will have to be repainted immediately to protect it from the outdoor weather.

A nice little playhouse. It was a bit smaller than expected as they mislabeled the height. Also it would be nice to have guide holes for all the screws. One window came broken. And we specifically wanted a wooden playhouse to minimize plastic and it came packed in styrofoam that stuck to the wood and spread little styrofoam bits all over our yard. This was very upsetting to us. Fairly easy to put together, even though the instructions were unclear at times.

This got a 4 rating only because I like KidKraft, otherwise it would have been a 3. I encountered 2 pretty annoying issues. 1) one of the pieces came broken. I requested a new one and it was surprisingly easy and fast. 2) the screw holes for the sink were not lined up (the house was put together perfectly, I triple checked). I didn't bother requesting new pieces because I wasn't sure if it was the sink or the two sides that were off. Not to mention I did not want this to be delayed again. So I drilled new holes. Now I have to fill in the old holes and repaint. What a mess. - Yet, I still like KidKraft and am happy with the house overall. I would do it again, but I would appreciate less 'extra' steps to get to the end result.

Not one straight piece of wood! Splits easily. Called manufacturer for a few replacements and they did, however, those too were bowed and useless. Extremely cute, but would never purchase another!!

My 2 year old and 6 year old love this house. It would be nice if it had a slightly bigger footprint but the kids still enjoy it. The problem I have is that it’s pretty low quality. Lots of chipped pieces, pieces with no numbers on it. I even had to drill some holes because several pieces didn’t line up. Overall, I’m happy I made the purchase because the kids like it, but I wouldn’t buy from this company again. Too expensive for a low quality product.

I wanted to love this playhouse because the modern design is super cute, but unfortunately, as many other reviewers have noted, it simply does **not** hold up outdoors. We knew wood outdoor play sets often need extra protection, so we actually applied outdoor waterproof paint to all the panels before assembling it. Even with that extra prep work, the wood on the roof and trim is severely cracking, splitting, and peeling. The paint finish on the outdoor counter/play grill area is completely wearing off as well. It looks great right out of the box, but the quality of the wood itself just isn't built to handle regular outdoor weather, regardless of how much effort you put into sealing it beforehand. Definitely save your money.

Very cute playhouse. But was delivered very damaged the box looked like FedEx kicked it from the factory to my front door! I knew when I opened the box that it was going to be damaged just from the looks of the outside of the box. You could literally see the house parts from the outside of the box. Very disappointing. I would suggest using another carrier as FedEx is probably the worst deliverer I’ve ever seen in my life! I would recommend the house but not the shipping company!
