The house is super cute. That being said the finish on the paint isn’t high quality you can see the wood grain through the finish on the paint. We put another coat of white paint on and that did the trick as far as coverage. Also some of our boards were cracked. The size of the house is great and has been a lot of fun for our daughter. Solid option but there are a few flaws

I ordered this so we would have something fun to work on and play in durning this time of social distancing as we can’t go to the park or play with other children. Love the design, The playhouse arrived quickly and I would say some skill is required to assemble as not all parts labeled and a few pieces were cracked but not enough to not use but made some components harder to install. Even with those small issues I give this product 5 stars because of the high quality of the material and great design for the price. My daughter is so excited to have this and we are filled with joy as we watch her explore and play in it, especially during this challenging time.

While the instructions are detailed, the labels attached to each board are tiny and most fall off. You have to use your best judgement and match the product to the image in the instructions. Single person took about 2.5 hours to put together. Quality is nice once put together.

Very nice, modern and perfect size playhouse. My two kids (5) and (18 months) play very comfortable inside. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because the outside table came with a big scratch and the front of the house came with a small damage. We will repair later. Anyways, I would recommend it 100%

My 2 year old and 6 year old love this house. It would be nice if it had a slightly bigger footprint but the kids still enjoy it. The problem I have is that it’s pretty low quality. Lots of chipped pieces, pieces with no numbers on it. I even had to drill some holes because several pieces didn’t line up. Overall, I’m happy I made the purchase because the kids like it, but I wouldn’t buy from this company again. Too expensive for a low quality product.

Perfect size playhouse for two 1 1/2 year old twins girls to grow up in. Product came in with no broken pieces and assembled fairly easy in a few hours. Took twice as long to paint inside than it did two coats on the outside. Wish I’d have painted inside pieces before assembly to save time. Recommend hanging door last to make it easier to level House came out great and is very sturdy.

Instructions were easy to follow. I built in about 3 hours alone except for roof. You need two people for that part. So pieces were chipped and a piece of wood broke off, likely from shipping. However, a little wood glue did the trick. It definitely needs to be painted because it’s so thin so I ended up painting it with another coat of white with outdoor protection from mold/mildew. Turned out great!!

Great look. CHEAP QUALITY. HORRIBLE INSTRUCTIONS.This company should be ashamed to sell this. All the holes were not aligned, everything is mislabeled. The paint is peeling off after a week. Why do these companies continue to get this crud made in china? Long run they lose companies. Took me 6 hours to build by myself due to the short cuts the manufacturer made.

It’s cute but most of the wood is warped or damaged. Lots of chipped wood and areas where kids could get splinters. Roof is warped. It takes a long time to put together and is definitely not sanded or painted very well (very raw looking). I’d return it for a new one but then we’d have to take this one apart and put the new one together all over again. I think they know what a pain that is so they don’t care about sending out damaged materials knowing that people won’t be able to do much about it. Kind of sad about it for the price but here we are.

Came with many busted boards. Contacted customer service and while they were very nice they weren’t helpful. The pieces that needed to be replaced are on back order under March. This is a Christmas present for my grandkids. The one piece they did have in stock came in even more busted than the original. When asked about sending it back for a refund they said that wasn’t possible.
