This product came with a box that is extremely damaged. The items inside are totally loose. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a little girl and now we are concerned with even opening since it had clearly been tampered with. Extremely disappointed.

Came with many busted boards. Contacted customer service and while they were very nice they weren’t helpful. The pieces that needed to be replaced are on back order under March. This is a Christmas present for my grandkids. The one piece they did have in stock came in even more busted than the original. When asked about sending it back for a refund they said that wasn’t possible.

I love the style and size. A couple pieces came broken and we had to use wood glue. We were missing hinges, and the instructions at one point didn’t match with the piece given. It took around 4 hours to assemble. After placing outside the door swelled and cannot be shut. I wanted to love this cute house and I think I still do even with all the small mishaps. I look forward to painting and decorating it as well.

Perfect size playhouse for two 1 1/2 year old twins girls to grow up in. Product came in with no broken pieces and assembled fairly easy in a few hours. Took twice as long to paint inside than it did two coats on the outside. Wish I’d have painted inside pieces before assembly to save time. Recommend hanging door last to make it easier to level House came out great and is very sturdy.

It’s cute but most of the wood is warped or damaged. Lots of chipped wood and areas where kids could get splinters. Roof is warped. It takes a long time to put together and is definitely not sanded or painted very well (very raw looking). I’d return it for a new one but then we’d have to take this one apart and put the new one together all over again. I think they know what a pain that is so they don’t care about sending out damaged materials knowing that people won’t be able to do much about it. Kind of sad about it for the price but here we are.

Kids love it but it arrived without hardware. I called and hardware was shipped but no directions. Directions are available online though but weird that they aren’t included. Door hinge not clear in directions so was not able to install door as the small wood pole that it connects to seems too fragile to unscrew and screw into again at a different angle. Also came with chemical smell but has mostly gone away. Wood splintered in a few places.

Looks good. But probably one of the worst things I’ve ever had to build... I’m an engineer and half the steps I just guessed at. About halfway through they stopped bothering with the pilot holes. I had to use a saw to get things to fit. Took 5 hours to build.

My twins love their playhouse. It’s been a big hit. They play nearly everyday in it. My only complaint is that the white is more like a white wash or primer and will have to eventually paint it. But it’s still so nice to have it primed. We will also change out the red curtains for something more neutral.

Love the design of this playhouse! However, the wood is still pretty rough to the touch. It definitely looks just barely primed and needs some sanding and another coat of paint. Unless your grass is shorter than the door, you need some kind of platform for the house for the door to open and close. Also, you need a door handle on the inside to pull the door closed.

I ordered this so we would have something fun to work on and play in durning this time of social distancing as we can’t go to the park or play with other children. Love the design, The playhouse arrived quickly and I would say some skill is required to assemble as not all parts labeled and a few pieces were cracked but not enough to not use but made some components harder to install. Even with those small issues I give this product 5 stars because of the high quality of the material and great design for the price. My daughter is so excited to have this and we are filled with joy as we watch her explore and play in it, especially during this challenging time.
