Item was delivered damaged

The house is gorgeous, my daughter loves it. Easy to build and we cant wait to make it a restaurant. We order it on Saturday and got it Monday morning, before christmas.

Every piece of wood was damaged and holes did not line up. My husband had to redo holes and we ended up with some cracked wood. Will definitely have to paint to hide all the damage very disappointed. Would recommend if the wood was better

The house is a perfect size for my 4 year old daughter. The wood is recycled and old. Builder needs to be careful on set up. There are a couple of flaws, but it looks decent.

Great little house , needs paint and a little caulking and you have the cutest playhouse for the price. Items were delivered well , if you know what your doing it's a few hours to build lots of small parts but came out great.

I purchased the playhouse in December as a Christmas gift. Although the appearance is nice, the quality is poor and does not last. By June, the door was falling apart. Unfortunately, this was outside of the short 3-month warranty period.
