The produce is really hit or miss when it comes to lettuce. The last time I decided to just save produce shopping for a real grocery store. Old heads with brown at the base and outer leaves , also low density about half the volume of the average head from local grocery.

The last few times I’ve purchased these they’ve spoiled right away. I’ve gone to use them after a few days and they’re full of slimy brown spots, or they’ll look fine outside but inside they’ll have several brown spots all throughout the interior leaves.

Beautiful heads that stay crisp for a long time. I was hesitant since there were two and I prefer green leaf on salads. These have almost converted me to wedge salads exclusively. Ultimately, nothing went to waste. Good price. Sadly, Sam's does not sell bleu cheese in any form.

Was a disappointed in this purchase. One head of lettuce had to be thrown away immediately. There were large slimy brown marks throughout the entire head. Such a waste. I was able to use the second head once it was thoroughly cleaned and much of the exterior leaves were removed.

I bought this, fully expecting to wind up throwing away some of it. Surprise! A month later and I am just finishing using the last of the second head. I never expected it to keep so well. Needless to say, I am thrilled. I just kept it in a plastic food grade twist tie bag with a paper towel in the refrigerator. I will definitely buy this again.

I bought the lettuce in the scan and go curbside. Until getting home, found out that lettuce was deeply damaged with brown, slimy lettuce on both of them. I work everyday so I have lil time to go do errands. Needed to cut more than half the lettuce to use it.

We will pick up a 2 pack of iceberg lettuce every so often. The heads are a bit smaller, than what you’d get in a grocery store, but then you’re not paying $3 a head. Be careful and examine the package and ensure there are no rotten parts. Would recommend for the price.

Honestly this lettuce is hit or miss at times with freshness specifically with pickup. However with everything increasing in price this is still a constant for our family. We enjoy making blue cheese wedge salads with the real bacon bits. Also chopped and mixed with other greens.

My go to way of getting iceberg lettuce. I wish less plastic was used for packaging and the sizes of the lettuce heads were consistent. They can vary in size way too much for my taste - this is why I often go inside the Club to pick mine instead of picking up curbside.

I bought this via the pickup option and they were gross! Almost as if it was picked from the almost expired lettuce that was in the coolers. Even after throwing half the head away I only had a day or two to consume. Awful! Never again, waste of money.
