Both heads of lettuce in one package have been really full and fresh. I like the pair separately sealed in one bag.We can make a lot of salad with a very low cost. There's not as much green layers das I would like, but there is still quite a bit of green leaves to use.

If you get this lettuce on the 1st or 2nd day of the shipment you are going to get a quality head of lettuce. After the 3rd day the pickings start to go downhill until they are chicken food and Sam's does not mark down rotted vegetables.

Very fresh and great quality. Half the cost of 2 heads of iceberg lettuce at Giant Eagle or Walmart. They lasted us about 3 weeks and they maintained their quality

Taylor Farms Products are extremely good. I do not know how long Sam’s has carried this brand but I just found it this spring. I buy the cole slaw, pkg of 2 heads of iceberg lettuce and the pkg of 6 romaine hearts lettuce. Gee, so thankful I do….we eat a lot of salads and sandwiches.

These packages give you two head of lettuce at a price that is better than most grocery store lettuce heads. This particular purchase ended up being of good fresh quality. My Wife got several salads out of this purchase.

If you have guests, buying two at a time is great. If not, one would do. They were nice and they were heavy. Sometimes you buy lettuce that has no weight to it. I had guests so I could use one up right away. The other one, I didn't use right away, but it did stay relatively nice for when I did use it.

Price was fine. Large iceberg lettuce. We don't usually eat iceberg, but wanted a wedge salad. They lasted about 2 weeks. Flavor was fine--it's iceberg, so you're not going to have a salad because of it's uniqueness. It's a bed to put all your other favorite toppings on. :). I'd buy again.

Very reasonable prices, however freshness hard to find in late Autumn of the year. Outer leaves a bit brown. Still better quality and price than most other markets where current prices are $2.49 and up.

I bought this product thinking it would save me money and be, well, of course, a head of lettuce that I could use. However, for the last month, this product has something that turns the leaves brown and gooey. Often it will turn brown and taste oddly along the rims of each leaf. I spoke with a man in line at the service desk and he held up a bag that almost made me vomit. It was so gross. He was very upset and wanted his money back.

I bought this to use used as a layer for somen salad I was making for my daughter's babyshower. I purchased this on Nov 13th, and opened it on Nov 15th. When I opened the bag, most of the layers of lettuce had brown rust spots on them and the leaves were limp, not crisp. As I cut into the heads of lettuce I found more brown spots. I couldn't use most of it. I took pictures and will show them to Sam's Club staff the next time I'm there.
