We signed up for a plus membership so that we could use curbside pickup & free shipping. My mother is 90 years old and medically vulnerable so I do everything possible to protect her, hence curbside pickup. We have been experiencing issues with produce for several months (please see photos) and each time I have called for a credit I have filed a complaint and shared these photos with Sam's Club customer service to no avail. I finally wrote to someone in Corporate and she in turn told the store manager (Jesse) to contact me. He sent me a message and gave me his cell phone number, when I texted him and told him I had photos I wanted him to see, he asked me to send them to his cell as well, he has been communicating with me via text since then. He told me he was looking into the situation and asked that I provide specific dates & invoice numbers for the products in question. I agreed to do so but asked for a work email address as it is much easier for me to send an email rather than trying to text all of that information. That was several weeks ago (October 25th) and was the last time I heard from him. He never even offered to give me a credit for the slimly, orange Iceberg Lettuce. I think this speaks volumes as to why we have been experiencing so many issues with curbside produce orders, the store management simply does not care. We have been loyal Sam's Club customers for nearly three decades, but apparently that doesn't make any difference, we are extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and don't appreciate having our time wasted or being sold rotting produce on a regular basis.

It’s good! Sometimes it’s hard to find a good head in the store and sometimes they spoil fast but otherwise great price and great product

Both heads of lettuce in one package have been really full and fresh. I like the pair separately sealed in one bag.We can make a lot of salad with a very low cost. There’s not as much green layers das I would like, but there is still quite a bit of green leaves to use.

Price was fine. Large iceberg lettuce. We don't usually eat iceberg, but wanted a wedge salad. They lasted about 2 weeks. Flavor was fine--it's iceberg, so you're not going to have a salad because of it's uniqueness. It's a bed to put all your other favorite toppings on. :). I'd buy again.

Very fresh and great quality. Half the cost of 2 heads of iceberg lettuce at Giant Eagle or Walmart. They lasted us about 3 weeks and they maintained their quality

If you get this lettuce on the 1st or 2nd day of the shipment you are going to get a quality head of lettuce. After the 3rd day the pickings start to go downhill until they are chicken food and Sam's does not mark down rotted vegetables.

Taylor Farms Products are extremely good. I do not know how long Sam’s has carried this brand but I just found it this spring. I buy the cole slaw, pkg of 2 heads of iceberg lettuce and the pkg of 6 romaine hearts lettuce. Gee, so thankful I do….we eat a lot of salads and sandwiches.

These packages give you two head of lettuce at a price that is better than most grocery store lettuce heads. This particular purchase ended up being of good fresh quality. My Wife got several salads out of this purchase.

Very reasonable prices, however freshness hard to find in late Autumn of the year. Outer leaves a bit brown. Still better quality and price than most other markets where current prices are $2.49 and up.

These lettuces are so crisp and tasty. By far the best value for the money. These heads of lettuce stay fresh and crisp for a long time, if you store them properly. Sam's is pretty much the only place I buy head lettuce.
