I rarely write reviews because most products are made fast and cheap. This company not only has very sturdy products that are well made but their customer service was top notch. Their products aren’t the cheapest but worth every penny. You will not be disappointed!

Instructions were very easy to follow. I layed all pieces on a tarp and marked them first which made it faster to find them when I assembled it. For the most part I assembled it alone but a friend stopped by when I got to the wings and it was easier with an extra hand. It did take me about 4 hours but that was with some interruptions too. I am a grandmother and have a daycare with kids ranging from 9 months to 7 years. I was the first to test it out and it's very sturdy and a great outdoor toy for all ages. All the kids love it!

I followed the instructions step by step and had a little help for lifting things in place. The instructions were pretty straight forward. It took about 5 hours total to put together. It appears sturdy and my grandchildren love it. They didnt want to go home.

We moved to a new location, and I had to disassemble our dome prior to moving so we could pack it and bring it with us. It's only a couple years old so I didn't want to leave it with the old house. In the process, I stripped a couple of the bolts and many of the nuts were pretty rusty. I contacted Lifetime to ask after what size bolts and nuts I should get as replacements or if they offered replacements. I was shipped a full set of nuts, bolts, and washers at no charge. In these days of supply shortages and relative high cost of doing business, that's just dang impressive. The kids love the dome. It's back up and in service at our new house and primed to go what seems like a few decades.

All it took was one phone call… Other companies could learn a lot from the quality of customer service that I was given in one phone call to lifetime… Trey is a valuable team member of their organization. I have several products from lifetime but this was the first time that I ever had missing parts and without hesitation the parts will be here on time for Christmas for my granddaughter… Nothing short of amazing. Just this service alone makes me want to buy more products from lifetime… They should have a new slogan ”Don’t worry we’re here for you”

I babysit my grandkids they love this airplane of course they all want to use the steering wheel. But they all can play on it at the same time. It took a lot longer to put together than the box said. I have a lifetime swing set that they love also so the two pieces go together very well. If it holds up like the swing set i will be very happy. I love that it does not topple over and does not have to be staked to the ground I only give it a 4 rating because of they say on the box 1 hour to assemble

This is a great toy for young kids with many health benefits. It can also act as a tent when you cover it with sheets. We had to go out and buy 1/4 inch longer bolts in order to be able to fasten the final blue length around the bottom. Love love love the geodesic dome by lifetime.

I bought this item for our church playground. As other reviews stated, it does take a few hours to set up. It does help to leave bolts loose and tighten them when the instructions state. We have only had it for a week, but it was a big hit with the kids. I love that it holds up to 7 kids and is much safer than the traditional teeter totter. It seems to be well made, so I expect it to last a long time, although we will have to wait and see.

This product is AWESOME, with the exception of the height of the triangles. It's recommended for 3+ and there is no way 3 year old could climb the triangles without assistance. They are larger than they look in the picture. My son is a very tall kid and he can't can't climb it. However my nieces, 7 & 10, LOVE it and they will have plenty more years on it! Assembly wasn't too bad either.

High quality and easy to assemble (with help). But children being children, they swore they would love it endlessly and promptly abandoned it after the first week. While it occasionally gets use as a structure upon which they hang whatever ungodly items they pilfer from our recycling bin, or a seemingly nice place for them to string up the pulled apart pieces of their baby brother’s basketball hoop, it’s mostly become a great focal piece of the backyard. An ode to the endlessly fruitless cycle that is attempting to throw money at the pursuit of creating beautiful outdoor childhood memories for creatures who would rather spend their free time regaling you with how utterly bored they are. I think someday I’ll turn it into a hobbit house themed wine sipping dome.
