We purchased this teeter-totter for our church playground. After being used for several months, some of the plastic pieces came off (or may have been taken off by kids!). I contacted Lifetime & they shipped out replacement parts very quickly. I have been very pleased with their customer service. The only negative comment I have is that the colors on the plastic seats, etc. are fading quickly from the sun.

Since folks complaining about this were upset about metal rusting, I got two cans of Rustoleum (1 for now and 1 for 6 months). I sprayed everything before assembling. The final dimensions are not listed properly here, the delivery box size is what they listed. The box is heavy as it’s made predominantly with metal. This took ~30 minutes to spray everything down with rustolium and another 3.5 hours to assemble with my toddler “helper” popping in to test drive. I also had to move it to another location midway as the size was much bigger. Everything is well drilled except the dashboard which was the only thing I had an issue with. I busted the drill out since my grip was shot already by that point. The directions were easy to follow and the 4 sections have a separate packet of nuts, bolts, and washers. This was super easy since I just used an exacto knife on the back to expose everything and everything stayed in place with the labels clear to see. This suggests to assemble with 3 people, but it’s possible for one adult female to do. I’m sure I wouldn’t be as stiff if I had another adult helping though. Hunching over so long kills me. It would have taken less time with more hands. It moves smoothly and is very enjoyable for the kiddo.

Just like all products we have purchased from Lifetime this one is excellent. Large and well crafted. Make sure at least two adults are available for set up. It took my wife and I about 30imites to assemble. Our children as well as the neighborhood kids love it. We look forward to covering it with a parachute in the summer for a cool fort!

reading the directions and following them was a joke.. as they read you started with 6 pipes 4 brown and 2 shorter green,, not right for making a circle.. after about 2 hrs of following the supplied directions and going on line and finding the same poor directions,, my son and I desided to follow the picture on the box and started from the bottom and work up... and would you belive it only took us an hour to put the dome together... my advice if you purcess this climber throw the directions out and put it together using the pictures on the box,, it will save you a lot of time... I have owned the climbing dome since 2017 and it is still very sturdy and my two boys really enjoy it (6 & 10 years). I reached out to Lifetime recently as some of the hardware (bolts, washers, etc.) were corroded, or in the process of rusting and deteriorating. Customer Support swiftly resolved that issue by sending a full set of hardware. I would recommend applying an anticorrosive on the hardware prior to assembling to avoid having to struggle to remove them later, especially if you move as often as my family does.

We bought this for our granddaughters (age 2 and 6) - they both love it! They take turns piloting and climbing all over it! Extremely well built and so colorful - safety features and workmanship are topnotch. Shipment arrived quickly and in superb condition - well packaged too! Can't wait to see it perform when their friends come over...

I put this up with only the help of my nine-year-old grandson and, although somewhat of a challenge, we were able to do it after I got off work before dark. This was due almost entirely to the instructions being "spot on." As instructions go these days, that is a nice compliment, and the children love it.

What a great toy! We bought this for our daughter's 6th birthday! She is on it everyday after school. It's very easy to put it together if you follow the instructions. It is a LOT easier with two people! There are some awkward moments when an extra hand or two are beneficial. It took us a couple hours but we also were taking care of our 1 year old in the mix of things. We also sprayed it for added protection since ours is in the grass and will get wet more than probably intended to... I am able to move it by myself (Im a petite girl, 5 feet tall) although very awkward so it pretty much stays put unless my husband is home. We can easily move it around together when we need to mow. Our little 1 almost 2 year old loves it almost as much as his older sister. We throw a kids parachute over the top and they play under it like they are camping. It is very good quality and we see it lasting many years. Worth every penny!!!

My husband put this together by himself and it was time consuming but not difficult. We both really like the hand grips positioned at the intersections of the bars, it makes climbing so much easier for our 7 and 3 year old granddaughters. It's not so high as to be frightening when smaller children get to the top. Our "girls" love it as do we so total thumbs up from us!

I am so happy with this climbing dome. For the price it is an awesome buy. My 3 and 5 year old struggled to get up on it at first, but quickly figured out how to swing their leg up to climb. The frame is sturdy while still being light enough to fairly easily move around the yard. We've had the dome for six months and it still looks new.
