Complex viewing!!????

This television has a lovely picture. Clear and precise as is the sound, however, it took us an hour to set up, needing instructions and passwords and an LG account. A phone with a camera to open the QR code for instruction on how to set up the apps. I wish for a tv with simpler instruction and not to have to set up an account as we have seen no necessity.......at the moment????

Awesome except the remote…

TV is fantastic, setup was really easy and picture quality is awesome… using with a Sonos playbar and speakers so can't comment on TV sound alone… my only bugbear is the ridiculous remote it's supplied with - the ‘mouse wheel' is incredibly annoying, I've replaced already with a universal lg remote

The tv was great if you just want a big tv with 120hz for gaming. Picture quality is amazing while there are colorful images displayed. However there is a phrase you will want to learn when the screen is white or gray "dirty screen effect" as it was extremely bad.

TV Picture great--need to develop a better remote

The TV picture is great, but the jiggly remote control arrow is ridiculous for older folks. Also the remote control has issues, some features work ok, and others u must use your direct tv remote. Accessing LG Channels is a chore at times, and at times some channels on LG don't work right and u have to turn the TV power off and kind of have a reset.

Purchased this TV after my old one gave out. I usually buy a different brand TV, but thought I would give LG a chance. I'm glad I purchased this TV. The picture is amazing and the features are many. Only negative I have is that the automatic on and off time can only be set to on time for the week and not able to be set to different times each day. Maybe that can be fixed in a firmware update.

I would have given it 5 stars as so far I am not a big fan of the Wii like remote for the TV and one of my co workers told me it uses batteries like crazy for a TV remote but otherwise it is a really nice tv.

I'm still getting to know all the features with the TV but the smart remote is a great one to start with, being able to point and click is easier in most instances then scrolling to what you want. With my LG I am able to connect my sound bar and use both the TV speakers and sound bar, I wasn't able to do that with my previous TV. There are many apps available and there are TV channels outside of the apps without having a provider. I am very happy with the TV so far and would recommend this product.
