It is by far the best television my family has owned. I cannot remember, even, seeing a better television than this one. However, using the remote is a challenging, at best. The pointer aspect of the remote is difficult and can be rage inducing. It is so difficult that it diminishes considerably from a tremendous television.

Picture is excellent and highly adjustable, the smart TV settings make everything very easy to navigate. My favorite feature is easily the magic remote, it's like having a magic wand to quickly enter searches or passwords. you can just point and click to cycle through app categories, or anything else you're interested in.

Enjoy picture and sound. Sure wish there was a way to use one remote instead of two Still have a hard time with getting correct channel when turning on. When selecting channel when first turned on, it can go to three other channels before we get the correct one. And hard to adjust for picture quality cause there are so many choices. There are so many directions and ways to learn how to adjust, it just is confusing. Faded picture from side view.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While my family is pretty happy with the TV, I as a blind user am not happy with it. the built-in screen reader needs to be improved; at this time, you get very limited information. Voice command functionality is also very slow.

Like the compatibility with smart home accessories and the added Alexa is awesome. Great for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a huge movie buff, but I can't always go to the theaters. So, I brought it home. And right now, this tv is the ONLY tv to bring the actual “big screen” to your living room, all you need to complete it is a high quality surround sound system, which I do have. That being said, it is not the best quality tv out there, and honestly does not come close to being compared to great quality tv image like what is offered today. But, if you do not really care too much for the perfect or latest and greatest image quality, I would definitely recommend getting your hands on this. For what you pay compared to what you get, this tv is second to none. Huge screen that would spark conversations with anybody that enters your home. Everyone will want to watch a movie, and they will feel no different than being inside a theater. I enjoy watching movies, playing my Ps5 and watching shows with my son as much as I can when i am home. I am a trucker, so I don't always get the luxury to spend time at home for weeks at a time. But when I do, it's usually in the living room, where this tv rests waiting for me LOL. If there was a larger screen in the market, at this kind of price, I would've got it. But this is the only one out there. Until then, this is the best price for the screen you get. And so far, it is worth it. I've had it for about half a year so far.

Coming from a regular high definition TV and making the switch to the ultra high Definition TV It's like going from a 13-in mono color TV to a movie theater. Night and day difference, and all the features in the Smart TV are user friendly and the interface is great. Going to purchase a second one for the bedroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been enjoying our tv for over a month now and are very pleased with it. The picture quality is great, the functionality is intuitive, and the appearance is sleek. This product is a great value.

Our only complaint is that every time we turn on the tv a pop up comes up asking if we want to download more stuff. We NEVER do because then the screen fills up with things to buy like Hulu and tubi, etc. We are lucky to be able to afford the basics and don't want to be asked every freaking day this same question. If we want to watch a movie which is rare for us, then we will handle that ourselves. We don't think this download question should be asked and don't think our screen should be full of countless things to purchase unless we ask for the service. There should be a way to opt out of that annoying and very frustrating question every day even multiple times a day if the tv is turned on more than once a day. When our downstairs tv needs replacing soon we will not consider LG

We purchased this specific tv aprox 1 month and couldn't be happier. Tv gives you everything that one could ask for in a smart tv . Sharp pic, the color range is awesome , very good sound, easy to operate Extremely easy set up. The return on your investment is very high.
