AI feature is a big plus for Video and Audio quality and it's working well with the real stream. Web OS has all necessary software to watch the tv with all streaming services. Awesome tv, super cool features like how the remote acts a mouse and has a courser on the tv. Makes my kid feel like she's waiving a magic wand to put on her favorite show. Amazing picture quality, hooked up my ps4 to the tv and it's definitely helped my game.

I bought this TV 3 weeks ago and it is the best I've had so far. The picture is great, and its east to operate. It has a remote that acts like a wireless point and click mouse which makes a difference when clicking through menus. It can control my cable box which is an awesome feature. The overall quality is very good for the price. I would buy another one if I needed one.

I have this tv going on 1 month and it has so far been an enjoyable experience. I am a big LG fan of the remote. The picture resolution is excellent for the price point. All of the major apps are preinstalled. You can not go wrong with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had thisTV for awhile now, I don't have my owner's manual & the many features are difficult to navigate. How can I get another owner's manual? I'm having issues hooking up my DVD recorder/ VCR as well. Calling your service line was worthless.

We got ours for my bedroom because we're going to start streaming shows and get away from the cable. It comes with a lot of shows already loaded on it then we added some but don't expect to turn the TV on and just watch your show you have to navigate through the channels or options, define what you wanna watch. The picture is decent quality some channels. It's actually very good but the streaming end of it is slow compared to our other TVs with the Roku for what we use it for. It's good but the remote is terrible I find myself tapping the remote several times to get it to respond . The Roku remote on our other TVs response much faster. Overall, it's just a good TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the tv about three weeks ago and I'm still learning about all the features. One problem is that I can't load the spectrum app & when ask voice assist or Alexa it doesn't work or recognize it.

The upgrade to the 50" was not a drastic move for me but I have to say that the pointer feature was a bit of a pleasant surprise. It truly helps to cut down on the typing when to voice option cannot be used. The clarity of the added video inches is also amazing.
