Overall I like the TV. The smart remote is both intuitive and clunky at the same time. I'm still learning how to use it and it's features but I do like the options. The response time of the TV when using the remove is slow. When you back out of a program or app it takes quite a while for the TV to register that task and the TV will sometimes go back to that task for some reason. Takes some getting used to but as I learn more this may change. The screen is great. Picture quality if outstanding, especially compared to my last TV. Overall I like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing TV, with great image quality and I'm loving the WebOS. The remote control is helpful and really speeds up the 'typing', working as a mouse when filling up forms/passwords, or browsing the web. The only issue is that it has some white marks in the corner, especially the top left one, which is kind of annoying when a full black screen is presented. It doesn't impact the images when watching to a movie for example, so that's ok.

The only issue I have is loading some apps. The problem may be me, but it was easier to get apps w the Firestick than it is w the built in capabilities of this TV. I would give this TV a 4.5 out of 5.

In the last 6 years having lived in 3 different countries, we have purchased good name brand televisions.What stood out was that out of 7 televisions, covering 4 major brands, that the LG televisions (we had 3) had a superior contrast and picture quality to any of the others. Thus when moving to our new home, and purchasing two new televisions yet again, we chose LG, and couln't be happier with the piture quality and myriad of features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been happy with the purchase of this TV. for the price we paid I expected the ability to get ALL apps available for streaming apps. I was not happy when I had to get an additional USB supported product to get the apps that I am missing. Overall good quality, great picture. less heavy than my last wall mounted TV. customer service did contact me and provided an option to get new TV stand legs as the ones that came with the TV were not "safe".

I have found the set easy to use and set up. I will add a sound bar to enhance the audio but that was due to preference and not need.

The color is great and the size is perfect for our den. We actually feel like wealthy people because it has all the features we could possibly want. Santa was very generous to us this year. .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG TV is everything I expected. Challenge was to set it up and attempt to watch the channels from the local cable supplier. The 800+ channels that appeared were excellent choices, but not any local. Sent a note to LG, received a note back with instructions on how to troubleshoot. Tried them all for several days until I noticed not an instruction, but a comment that the local channels can be controlled with a local cable remote. It worked and I'm a happy customer...........finally.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this tv for our game room and works great for what we want. It has a great display, ease of access to streaming, and is very light so it is easy to move if need be. Only complaint is that it only has 2 hdmi inputs.
