[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this tv for a month now and am I impressed!! Outstanding picture quality, like looking out a window! Can surf the web with ease, download my favorite streaming apps, free TV channels and even has games!

We love our 75" 8000 series tv (from 2020) and got this one for our guest room. Great quality TV for the price however the new software has these forced ADs thought the home screen. You can turn some features off but there is still ads in the home screen area. Our 75" doesn't have this feature and is much more convenient to use because of this. Another thing is using the shared media app is a lot slower with the new TV than our 2 year old 75" which is also a disappointment. We are still happy with this TV but hope LG takes these critiques into consideration.

I love this Tv!!! I bought this tv to replace a similar older model. The setup was fast an easy, get logged in to the various streaming services was a snap. The user interface has changed slightly from the older model, it still works well it just moves you to a different screen instead of popping up at the bottom. This causes a slight delay in opening up the apps that are not pre-installed on the remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking to upgrade my family room TV since October. I previously had a 70” LG, but could not beat the price of this 86”. I now own 3 LGs and couldn't be happier. This is a lot lighter than another LG 86er that my friend owns. Has great picture and sound. Great for watching movies.

I really do not like this system. I keeps forcing things on me, like LG channels, which are of zero interest. It is a learning curve how to do things like take the small screen image and make it full screen. I would like the TV to turn on to the channel it was on when closing, and it does not. It takes too many clicks to do anything.

We purchased this TV for our bedroom and it's perfect for the space. So easy to install on the wall and set up. We normally spend several hours setting up a new TV but this one was super simple and took mush less time than our experiences in the past. Has a really Nice picture and quality sound right from the TV.

We have been LG customers for several years and have been quite satisfied with the products we have purchased. We decided to upgrade our LG TV to a larger screen, a 65 inch screen, that fits the opening above our fireplace perfectly. We are very pleased with both the picture and sound quality and the user friendly interface on the TV. Thank you LG for another excellent product for our viewing pleasure.

No complaints, amazing picture and sound. And it was priced right. Smart remote takes a little getting used to. But is not a deal breaker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the TV, has some good features but dislike the remote- its very sensitive and sometimes hard to use. The wifi is also not great - found out its better to be hard wired to the internet (after having a service call to find why the internet kept dropping).
