For the price point, the picture and sound of the tv is very good. Surprised at the sound quality, especially the base output. However, the software interface is laggy. It takes quite sometime for the menu to show up on screen after clicking the remote button. This makes for a sub-par experience.

Has good picture. Magic remote is terrible. TV does not support downloading of TV apps. Cannot find or download or can't connect to server. I have to use Amazon Fire Stick to add other tv apps. L G channels are not really useful, most old tv programs. HGMI ports should be 2.2 for best quality instead of 2.0

I'm not a tv person or an electronic expert but this was an easy setup. Perfect picture and good sound quality without needing one of those bars. . My only issue is that it takes too many steps to get to the sleep timer. The LG free TV saves me money for my needs. I am perfectly happy

I still haven't gotten my free streaming service credit….noticed it said can take up to 30 days to get the code! The refresh is s bit slower than my last tv when moving between apps.

It is my pleasure to express my satisfaction with this product. I have been using LG TV's for about 20 years now for business and personal, they have never let me down. in fact, I still have most of my LG TV's incased and ready to go to work. The reason I purchased recently is when my fiancé mention at Cosco that she like a new TV for working out. So, we made our way to the section and low and behold the LGs stood out over all the rest as usual. the price was like a dollar a day. This Perfect choice made for a "Happy Wife Good Life"

Our old tv was broken, we bought this LG tv and we are very happy with it. Before even taking it out of the box, we found it to be a great deal for it's price and class. Very light weight and very easy to set up and use. It also has a great picture quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I set up my new 50 inch LG tv. My frustration is when I turn it on I get (2) minutes of advertisements before I can get to my local stations. I have spoken to your technical group twice with no luck. I have the same tv in another room, and it works fine on startup. Please have someone call. I do need a technician who speaks very good English. I'm hard of hearing and old enough to not process instructions very well. I think I need a complete reset to solve the problem.
