1.Expected this smart tv to work as smoothly as my previous Toshiba Fire TV- it doesn't. I stream YouTube TV & other apps which I expect the LG set- which is a tool- to "support" and play all. If I put a CD or other downloaded/copied media in my car radio or playback equipment it plays. I expect a tv to do the same with my apps. 2.The remote is cumbersome to use. It has more unneeded/unused buttons which make finding the one wanted difficult. 3.The Alexa button sometimes requires 2 presses and often doesn't respond at all. 4.The floating arrow is annoying & difficult to control- even set at its slowest set speed. 5.Jeopardy stopped recording its last 2 episodes while other preset/auto records worked. I could not find a way to access and clear the cache. Therefore, I deleted & reloaded the YouTube TV app & I'm waiting to see if corrects this tonight. 6.The display of LG channels annoying, thereby making selecting preferred apps more difficult.

It sucks and I will NEVER buy another LG TV - Ever!! The repairman sent to "try" and fix it used his "magic remote" to no avail. And I have heard NOTHING from LG after his repair DID NOT fix the issues. New day - same issues. Not a happy camper!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Through my years I have owned many TV's. The TVs have alway been name brand.. I had never owned an LG television until I purchased this one. I must say the clarity of the picture is great! I can see things I have never seen from the strands of hair to grains of sand. This is undoubtedly the best tv I have ever owned!

The LG's webOS is the only TV for our family. From my 9-year-old grandson and his older cousins and their parents, we all fine this system so easy to navigate. There's no time lost learning a new system amongst us and we can enjoy whatever we want watch quicker.

Beautiful picture, great colors, and the best part is, it's cheaper than the competitors.

Apps freeze and fail constantly, I've spent more time restarting this TV then watching.

The pointer is hard to direct and control and has to be moved to a point where you can stabilize it. Otherwise I love the TV!!

My tv of 12 years played out. I looked several places and Sam's Club had what I wanted. It great, easy to setup and would recommend to anyone.
