I bought this tv recently and this is the fourth LG tv I have owned. I appreciate the quality for the price. As we have some impaired hearing in our family, we find this tv has better sound than other brands. I would like a remote that is not so touchy to use. It is called a magic remote, just give me a simpler one. I grew up with a tv where you had to get up and turn the channel and volume so I can manage an ordinary remote easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that this would be a great TV if you would include an owners manual. I spent the first week trying to get it set up for me. Every time I turned it on instead of getting TV channels, l got LG advertising.

Placed order online. TV arrived in time slot with a phone call before. TV is great. Strong picture and sound is good without soundbar. We went for the curved stand as did not want to wall mount currently which in my opinion is better than the feet at either end. Would recommend a LG TV

I have always tried to buy LG products and had three tvs in 10 years plus. But I returned the TV because of the very very poor viewing angle. Everyone deserves a decent picture where ever they sit to watch and I'm not talking about sitting at a ridiculous angle. I brought a samsung TV instead and the viewing angle is really good and sorry to say I will not be recommending LG to my friends and family like in the past. You should not be manufacturing TV with a viewing angle that so poor because some people have family and friends around and everyone wants to see a decent colourful picture.

Excellent picture sound and features. Good price! Warranty could be a bit longer.

Apps freeze and fail constantly, I've spent more time restarting this TV then watching.

The pointer is hard to direct and control and has to be moved to a point where you can stabilize it. Otherwise I love the TV!!

My tv of 12 years played out. I looked several places and Sam's Club had what I wanted. It great, easy to setup and would recommend to anyone.
