My LG smart tv is not compatible with my spectrum cable service, and it's an app only. I don't understand, especially since the tv is supposed to be current with app compatible software. I was told by spectrum that LG is the only smart tv that doesn't download their app. I have to buy another device in order to download the app to get access to my cable channels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a low tech person and it took me a few days to try and figure out how to get to my normal local channels channel 3 WFSB, channel 6 Fox, history channel. Etc. Why are commercials so much louder than the TV program or movies?

We purchased this TV about a month ago and are so glad we did! Loving that it has all our favorite applications embedded into the interface itself. It makes using the TV so easy! The picture quality is amazing and couldn't ask for more at the price point.

The LG's webOS is the only TV for our family. From my 9-year-old grandson and his older cousins and their parents, we all fine this system so easy to navigate. There's no time lost learning a new system amongst us and we can enjoy whatever we want watch quicker.

I bought this tv recently and this is the fourth LG tv I have owned. I appreciate the quality for the price. As we have some impaired hearing in our family, we find this tv has better sound than other brands. I would like a remote that is not so touchy to use. It is called a magic remote, just give me a simpler one. I grew up with a tv where you had to get up and turn the channel and volume so I can manage an ordinary remote easily.

I really like this tv. It's actually my first one, I've lived 31 years without ever buying one of my own (I mostly read). But I finally decided to stop watching my beloved F1 races on my phone and upgrade to a real tv. Wow. The colors, the sounds… it's a whole new experience and I've fallen even more in love with the sport because of this tv—you should buy it!

I have always tried to buy LG products and had three tvs in 10 years plus. But I returned the TV because of the very very poor viewing angle. Everyone deserves a decent picture where ever they sit to watch and I'm not talking about sitting at a ridiculous angle. I brought a samsung TV instead and the viewing angle is really good and sorry to say I will not be recommending LG to my friends and family like in the past. You should not be manufacturing TV with a viewing angle that so poor because some people have family and friends around and everyone wants to see a decent colourful picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV and fell in Love the picture is so clean and crisp, the sound is awesome easy to use remote, the only problem was the feet were plastic and for a 86" TV they were not strong enough and broke and TV fell and shattered after only a month. I reached out to LG and told them what happened, and they were on top of it. They sent someone out that day and they took pictures and accessed the issue. A couple of weeks later they sent me a check for a full refund. Went back to buy same TV and BJ's were out of them, so we bought a Samsung the picture wasn't even close and the sound was horrible so we boxed it back up and waited for them to get more 86" LG's we bought a kit to attach back top of TV to wall to keep from falling over but the new LG had metal feet... Very impressed with LG all the way around.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Through my years I have owned many TV's. The TVs have alway been name brand.. I had never owned an LG television until I purchased this one. I must say the clarity of the picture is great! I can see things I have never seen from the strands of hair to grains of sand. This is undoubtedly the best tv I have ever owned!

It sucks and I will NEVER buy another LG TV - Ever!! The repairman sent to "try" and fix it used his "magic remote" to no avail. And I have heard NOTHING from LG after his repair DID NOT fix the issues. New day - same issues. Not a happy camper!!
