Service sucks

I bought a 86 inch TV didn't have legs and remote called lg they were nice enough to send my remote and legs but NO BOLTS to hold the legs on. I call and try to get the BOLTS that were missing and THEY WOULD NOT SEND THEM I think they are really PETTY company for some bolts so thanks for nothing!!!!!!!

Picture is amazingly real when watching 4k. Only issue I have is with the remote. Bad design. I go to change the volume, I hit the home button instead, and have to start over with whatever platform I'm streaming from. Also a little bothersome with the controlling of the on screen mouse. Sometimes you have to summon the mouse, sometimes you don't.

Big and cheap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size is great for the price. Unfortunately that is wher4e it stops. The screen has white spots on the edges. The operating system is slow to respond and complicated to use. If I hadnt already mounted the TV I would have taking it back.

Outstanding Picture

The quality of picture and sound delivered from the TV is 5 star quality. Missing a star in this review because the remote is awkward. The main button to accept functions is also a scrolling ball (like a computer mouse) and if one is trying to click with the ball and slide a finger ever so slightly, the function of "mouse mode" kicks in and makes things harder for navigation. Also, with so much streaming content, I would have liked to see a clear rewind and fast forward button (maybe to work at 10/15 second intervals if pushed and differing speeds if held). Finally, if you're a gamer or have children who still watch DVDs (yes, DVDs) there aren't enough HDMI ports to support this. Ending on a positive note - we have our TV mounted to a wall and don't feel that we'll need a sound bar. The TV is 15 feet away from where we sit and we haven't felt the need to get a sound bar to support the TV, it's worked well for us.

Good TV -- lousy "smart" operating system

The smart tv is amazing in many ways, and as a senior citizen I found the settings/control system to be extremely useful and user-friendly. However the WebOS operating system was a real disappointment. The system isn't compatible with Android apps and for me that means I can't access and stream the PBS Passport system which is a primary video source for me. Very disappointing!

Terrible experience

Just 3 months since I bought the smart TV, I can't change the channels, the laser remote control with the TV doesn't communicate corectly. It doesn't change the channels or it changes to another channel or it just takes a while “thinking” the tv and dies nothing! Bad TV. Now to return a nightmare!
