I bought 2 of these TV's about a month ago to replace 2 TV's that were damaged during a storm. They had the best picture compared to the others on display and were priced quite nice. They sound great and look great. I haven't really had time to explore all the features, which is why I only rated it 4-stars. But overall, I'm satisfied with them.

The only question will be the integration of our receiver - having a little bit of problem connecting the sound to the system - going to get a toslink and that should do it. Works great the remote takes some learning curve - but what doesn't ?

Beautiful Picture, Troublesome Software

This TV's picture quality is excellent. The sound volume from the TV is a little on the quiet side. The pain point is in the software. The Universal Remote Settings do not function very long. We keep having to delete the settings and then attempt to re-establish them which takes multiple attempts before it works again for a little while longer. We are using a Roku 4K Stick. Software in general is slow and there is a noticeable lag between input and output.

Great TV but awful connectivity

I am on my second company of internet because the TV has so many apps and gadgets that requires a lot of MGB and it doesn't even grabs it. I hired the 300 MGB internet and I still had 4 MGB on my settings with my second wireless company. The TV buffers and takes a while to load. Also, the Alexa built in is only for the TV no microphone and you need to press a button to make it work. It's not hands free.

This could be a good TV, but it keeps losing nearly all the Freeview channels from the antenna overnight. Contacted LG support (via email) and was told to contact the broadcaster of the channel as they must have changed the frequency of the station - What? Over one hundred channels? Every night? I don't think so; do you?

We bought this tv to use in a family room. It is a great size and works on the house WiFi to connect to YouTube tv which is how we watch most of our local news and weather. It seems a little slower to load than the Roku stick I used on my older tv, but I can use Amazon prime to watch movies and other content, and easily use it for Netflix. What else do I want out of a tv?
