[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this as a Christmas gift to myself, replacing a smaller Visio. The picture and features are superior to my Visio, and it was easy to setup. I love the features, and despite the poor internet that we have, the picture quality is very good.

We love our 75" 8000 series tv (from 2020) and got this one for our guest room. Great quality TV for the price however the new software has these forced ADs thought the home screen. You can turn some features off but there is still ads in the home screen area. Our 75" doesn't have this feature and is much more convenient to use because of this. Another thing is using the shared media app is a lot slower with the new TV than our 2 year old 75" which is also a disappointment. We are still happy with this TV but hope LG takes these critiques into consideration.

The screen and general features are very nice on this unit, especially at this price point. However, my issues with this model are with the software. The unit worked fine for 3 weeks and suddenly Wifi connectivity is basically unusable. I've had two unit behave exactly the same so I suspect a software update to be the cause. Also, the "Trending Now" feature of webOS is basically a stream of advertising that dominates the home screen. This feature needs to be removed or disabled.

Had this tv for about a month now. Noticed it has a really hard time on dark screen segments. If it's a horror film or just a generally dark screen show you'll be let down. Very hard to see no matter what settings or how bright you make the screen. It's not terrible. Just disappointing. It also needs a sound bar added to it. The sound quality it comes with has a hard time projecting past 10ft or so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 4k really hits differant after owning a 1080p tv for over 5years switching was the best decsion I made especially since I have an Xbox series x which supports 4k. Making all the games have a smooth clean look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the television as an additional television for our lanai mainly to view sports. The television price, features and picture quality are outstanding. This was our first purchase of a LG product and we will purchase more in the future.

We bought ours around Christmas time and installed it after the New Year and are still learning its ways and features. We just switched over from DRTV to YouTubeTV, have several streaming services and are learning a lot more, and have a real lot to learn

Absolutely happy with image and sound quality. But I live off-grid and I turn power off when not watching the tv. I have to setup wifi eveytime I turn it on its very annoying. I bought this tv to get rid of the Amazon prime stick and not to need any other streaming hardware, so I'm not super stocked with the new tv.

Love the extra built-in channels. They provide extra content that paid channels don't cover. Great Christmas Movie channel played non-stop during the holidays. No need to change the channel as one great movie after another. Quality and picture are superb.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 4 months ago and we love it until one of the kick stand cracked on us, no idea what happen and the tv feel and crack a small corner of the screen. Everything is great just the warranty process takes a bit of time and still waiting on LG, but everything was great.
