Very good picture, challenging set-up, & endless difficulty making my Airpod Max headset pair with the TV. Good value. After months, I have yet to make my headset work as expected. I can pair with "TV sound + Bluetooth Device" but not Bluetooth device only. LG help no help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been happy with the purchase of this TV. for the price we paid I expected the ability to get ALL apps available for streaming apps. I was not happy when I had to get an additional USB supported product to get the apps that I am missing. Overall good quality, great picture. less heavy than my last wall mounted TV. customer service did contact me and provided an option to get new TV stand legs as the ones that came with the TV were not "safe".

Bougt this after a lot of research. It was perfect...picture is spot on. Views are where they should be and price point is not to be beat. TY for the product and the opportunity to enjoy this TV. LG is not good it is excellent. I suggest this 86" if anyone is in the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the TV for about 2 months and so far so good. The picture is good. The blacks still have a tendency to fade out (just a little) in direct sunlight even though LEDs are supposed to be better. This can be easily corrected with the viewing angle and type of view preferred such as true cinema or ambient, etc. For the price, this is a GREAT tv. The remote is a pain to use, however. The on-screen mouse tracking feature is slow and not accurate. You can adjust the tracking time but is still slow to respond. Same for the processor. Sometimes it takes up to 2-3 seconds for the tv to respond to s simple button push. It doesn't sound like long but when you don't know if the tv got the signal and you keep trying the back button or the home button it gets to be aggravating. For Sound, I use a Sonos system with a sound bar that easily connects the tv, so cannot comment on the quality of the speaker. This is, however, this is another area where getting the remote sucks. Getting it to recognize the Sonos system requires special effort. It's not straightforward forward but there are good directions and youtube videos on how to get it to be compatible.

After 3 weeks of use I've found the remote confusing to use, not as easy as ROKU. The TV guide & menu screens are too small to read at 10-12' . Would be nice to be able to set a larger format for the menu & TV guide screens along with it's brightness & contrast for those with deminished sight. Overall, a good performing TV for bedroom or home office environment. Sound clarity is good.

So far so good. I am certainly not an IT guru but the set up was easy enough by following the on line directions. The picture quality is quite good and the audio selection accommodated my less than perfect hearing. Lots of aps to choose from so plenty of channel options. All in all I am quite satisfied with this unit.

This was a X-mas gift to us, a way to watch our shows from the comfort of bed. Screen size was just right for mounting high on the wall and not bumping our heads walking under it. Set up was very nice, signed into most of our streaming services quick and easy. The picture clarity was a little unnerving at first, especially Disney and Paramount+ with auto UHD. Ended up having to give Lynksys some $ for wireless router that could handle the 5G firehose and eliminate the pauses in playback. If we were to complain about anything, it would be the app interface. It's slower and less responsive than AppleTV. It gets the job done and didn't cost extra, but the pauses between button pushing takes some getting used to. However the Wii style remote/pointer is a really nice addition. On my wish-list would be a quick visual or audible alert that the LG washer & drier (bought last fall) was finished and needing attention

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took me 2 hours on the phone to set the tv up. This could be because I use CenturyLink as my internet carrier. And when the tech on the phone tells you to reboot everything...do it. For now, the tv works great. All the apps are there and working, the sound is very adequate and the picture is great. This is my second LG tv. Both had rough starts but they are both working very well now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying the beautiful picture on this TV. The magic remote is definitely the best remote I have ever had. This was a great deal. The only issue I have is loading some apps. The problem may be me, but it was easier to get apps w the Firestick than it is w the built in capabilities of this TV. I would give this TV a 4.5 out of 5.
