We have enjoyed our new LG tv. The picture is excellent, and I am learning to manage the remote. I think LG could do a better job providing a manual on how to use the remote. Even the online version was sketchy, basically just telling you what the buttons are for. I could not find my model, even after entering the model number. For example, I'd like to know how to enter and set a group of channels as favorites. That is not covered in any of the materials I've read. Also the new remote made it impossible to use the mute or volume buttons on any other remotes (such as the one that controls our Xfinity programming.) Overall, we are very satisfied.

There are virtually no instructions even online. Would be nice to be able to download a pdf of the users manual (if there is one). While the TV is running I'm sure I missed some important options and the remote doesn't do much so I have to use two ... the LG one and my DishTV one ... ARG!

I re-did my living room and decided to upgrade my TV. The picture quality upgrade on this TV is amazing. It took my eyes up while to get used to the aspect ratio, color clarity, and depth of pixelation. I enjoy that it has TV Bluetooth installed, so no wires to the sound bar. I also like that it has live TV channels available. The TV was mounted easily to the wall mount. The TV and network setup were super easy. I was not expecting the remote to also have mouse/cursor functions (love it). It make things a lot easier when using the search function to find something or type in alphanumeric entries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG TV a few months ago. It was the easiest TV to set up. The color and setting were spot on. I was even impressed with the quality of the TV built in speakers sound. I use a sound bar set, but I had to try the TV out without the sound bar and sub woofer hooked. The only draw back is the Magic remote. I wish it was more like a computer mouse. Luckily our past 2 TV's and sound bars were all LG and the old remotes automatically paired with the new TV. So I have extra remotes when I misplace one.

We are happy with our 86” lg tv. Easy set up . Remote is different but easy to get used to. It's like being at the movies every day no matter what you are watching. Movies sports are great on this huge tv. Color and picture are outstanding. Fantastic tv at a very reasonable price.

I purchased this television after my plasma television of 15 years died. I like the picture, I like how easy it was to get hooked up - but there is no manual (nor was I able to find one online). In the process of setting it up, a “voice” told me what to do - but it was so fast that I was unable to determine what the “voice” was telling me to do! I am still have to use two remotes to operate the set, and have no idea how to access many of the “extras” that are supposed to be a part of it (which is the reason why I have this set 4 stars instead of 5).

I bought this TV after having a VIZO....I like the features, to many to mention. I thought I would be able to get Local TV stations in the county I do have an outdoor antena. I do have internet but still struggling to get it set up.....I can rebuild and repair farm equipment, but struggling to set my TV up.

I purchased this tv 2 weeks ago and I'm very happy with it. The picture quality is very crisp and vibrant. The sound quality is good. This tv replaces an older model LG 43" tv and the updated WebOS is a big improvement. This tv comes with the "magic remote". I can't say that I love this remote. It is difficult to get precise control with the pointer. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

We purchased this TV for our bedroom and it's perfect for the space. So easy to install on the wall and set up. We normally spend several hours setting up a new TV but this one was super simple and took mush less time than our experiences in the past. Has a really Nice picture and quality sound right from the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen is fantastic! I particularly love how there are multiple settings for adjusting contrast, brightness and so on. It allows us to use it any part of the day with clarity. Unfortunately, I find the home app and other apps to be a little buggy.
