Got this coffee maker new, has never made 12 cups, only makes 10, now it’s down to only making 4 despite cleaning and trying to trouble shoot via the directions

There isn't any way to reset the keep warm timer once it expires.

Had some nice features, but had to return due to Fill H2O error when water was already in resevoir.

It leaks from the bottom after less than a month. WASTE of money
