The first one didn't work at all. It would have an error code about needing to fill the reservoir with water. We had already filled it. We tried multiple troubleshooting steps w/o success. Hamilton Beech sent us a new one. It worked for three days and experienced the same problem. Requesting a refund.

It worked great at first. Then I started getting a fil H20 warning when it was full of water. Then it started to only make 6 cups of coffee when it had 12 cups in it!!!

The tempeature of the coffee after it finishes brewing, is only 165 degrees. You can drink it straight up. Chaning brew stength makes no difference. The temperture of the coffee should be 180 degrees after brewing.

Love it. Got an extra house guest that will drink up all the coffee before I get to it. Got this coffee maker. Problem solved. Best coffee out I ever had. Perfect for under cabinet.

The coffee maker itself works as intended. Makes good coffee, brew strength options are neat and make a difference. What you can Not do however, is turn the warming plate back on without adding water to it. So either microwave your coffee back to temp, or water it down by adding water for a "Brewing" process. Dumb.

Buyer Beware. This coffee make made great cups however, within a few weeks of usage the carafe was broken which rendered this coffee maker useless. When contacting Hamilton Beach to purchase another carafe it was learned that there is no replacement carafe available and the only solution is to put my name on a list to be notified if one becomes available. This product has become noting more than an expensive paperweight. You would think that with all the coffee makers that Hamilton Beach have their names on that there would be at least one that interchangeable, not so. Very Disappointed.

It works ok but I can’t get the auto brew to set???

This is a straight forward system. Too bad it only worked for a month. Would not recommend!

top quality so far

This was a dud. The display would affirm my 4 hour warmer time yet sometimes it shut off immediately or within the 2 hour default setting. Sometimes it would just 'brew' the water, bypassing my coffee grounds. Sometimes it would brew a little and then just stop and shut off. Sometimes it might brew a little more and then shut off. Customer service at HB was never prompt to respond to me and I ultimately contacted Sam's. Sam's customer service was superb in resolving my issue with my new coffee maker. I don't know if I got a lemon but given what my experience was, I could not recommend the product. I liked the look and feel of durability with this coffee maker. I liked the features of being programmable with up to 4 hours of warming, and the temperature control, pre-programming and brew modes. I love the removable water reservoir and the swing-out door for coffee placement. Unfortunately, for me, the performance was not there.
